We just bought a used used Thor axis yesterday..
And I am so stressed out over all of the components and your video has helped me more than I can even express thank you so very much..
Great to hear, thanks for the feedback. If anything else pops up, feel free to reach out. Safe travels - Steve
We just bought a 2023 Axis. How do you raise and lower the front shade/visor?
This video is more detailed on the specifics on how to care for you RV. I like the detail. Thank you.
Thanks for watching, we appreciate the feedback. - Steve
Steve I have watched this multiple times. I'm preparing to buy a new Vegas/Axis. You are the right guy to do what you do. You are a great spokesman for Thor. Grandpa Jack
Most informative description of RVs operation yet! Thanks.
Hi. Thanks for watching - Steve
Great video. Very informative. I would like to see a detail video about how to add Solar panel to a prewired unit. I have 2019 25.5.
Great video! Love our 2021 Thor Vegas 24.1!!
What a great walk around video that tells prospective owners what and what not that they can do or expect with a Thor product such as this motor home. Most sales personnel only skim the surface and do not get into specifics. You do and thank you
This video is perfect. Extremely informative and not boring. Thank you so much
Thanks for watching and for the feedback. We appreciate it. -Steve
Great job explaining everything you’re the first one that I was seeing on the RV that explains everything around vehicle make me wanna go buy one now I’m looking for one now thank you
Thanks for watching John. - Steve
Thanks Steve. I have learned so much from your videos. .
I have watched several of them several times. I always learn more. Grandpa Jack
Thanks Philip; I appreciate you taking the time to write. - Steve
We like the 24.1 Floor Plan a lot except one: the 2-person couch and TV. Nobody will sit there watching TV. It will be very uncomfortable. It will be very useful to use that as an office space with 42" TV/computer monitor retractable from a working bench against the wall. In the middle, there could be flip-up small bench as a dinning table like a T. With two chairs, the couple both have a table to work side-by-side, a TV to watch if sitting against the sink, or a small table for meal together if sitting face-to-face.
Everyone has different needs. We love the couch and TV. Very comfortable.
Great video and very informative! Thanks!
Great video!
my dream!
Excellent walkthrough
Thank for watching Phil. - Steve
Be interesting to know if there are customization options prior to build. Huge fan of the absolutely awesome play on an otherwise terrifying market segment at the moment.
Thanks. great vid.
Thank you, we appreciate the feedback. - Steve
can you buy from the factory directly and get the same care and information as you presented.....you were great and truthful thanks
Very Informative Thank you
Hi James. Thank you for watching and taking the time to leave a comment, we appreciate it. Steve
Really like the 24.1 but with a more raised bedroom and open the back storage into a bike garage. Like Coachmen Crosstrek.
Great information, would have liked to hear about solar usage since I know nothing about it, also any other options like due you have stabilizers, but on the whole a great introduction
Nice motorhome I have been waiting to buy a new one ,if it had a fuel-efficient engine(not Mercedes) I would buy one today
excellent video very detailed. Have watched all the videos for Thor Axis & Thor Vegas 24.1 and 25.6. Now just trying to figure out which one I want to purchase.
Hi and thanks for the feedback. Feel free to reach our to our Coach Link team if you have any questions or want to track one down near you to go see in person..www.thormotorcoach.com/sales-advisor/ Thanks - Steve
Waiting for my 24.1 Axis to come in. Due February 2021. Thanks for the primer.
Informative video, nice rig...now if I could just find one to buy!!
"Don't use the toilet paper....The kind that bears like...." lol!
Enjoyed the video. Very informative. It helps us with our decision on what type of RV to choose from. We like the B+ models because the wife feels she would be more comfortable driving something smaller but this RV might change her mind.
I would like to see you add a check list to your paperwork because it would be helpful for first time rv'ers.
We moved from a Class B van to this model. It may seem a little intimidating at first but I find it just as easy to navigate. Feels big but drives small. Good luck!
When is Thor motorcoach going to make a axis with the twin beds in The back and a dinette
2015-2017 has the twins in the back
The 24.3 is an awesome looking rig. Steve's hilarious. 47:00 to 47:42. Make like a bear in the woods. :D
Thor Freedom Traveler a27 needs details like this :-)
Hello. Outside of a few differences, The How To Use Your A.C.E. video will be very close to the features in your A27 ruclips.net/video/ilCbl3uzv6A/видео.html Thanks for watching - Steve
Thor is called continuing to step up their game, since your main competitor for this class is discontinuing their class A entry-level clone of this series, I think it is time to give Thor another look as I think that 24.3 might be a perfect match for grandparents who spend 8-9 months a year on the road visiting national & state parks with a half dozen stops to renew our grandbaby love exchange.
Could you send me some pictures Thor Vegas 25.2? Thank you.
I am looking into buy one in the near future
Almost bought the 24.3 at Tampa last week. I need the E450 though... I need cargo allowance for my endeavors
Great video. A Ford diesel needs to be at least an option.
I always wonder why does all RVs are the same color and all with stripes .. The Vegas/Axis would be more appealing if they had some more interesting colors that made them stand out and no graphics also real aluminum wheel options..,Just a thought.. I really love this RV can’t wait to get one
We are enjoying our new used 2019 Vegas. Only thing I'm not crazy about are oil changes and battery access. But in all fairness, it's the standard E350 chassis...they just built around it. At LEAST it can be accessed by removing the flip out work table....still a bit of a pain.
I love the 25.7 floorplan but not sure how you'd make the bed 😬
i wonder if it can modify to 4x4, 6 inches higher and bigger wheel
Would you recommend a lift kit due to low profile ?
I didn’t see a description of the main bedroom in back.
How do I learn which RV might be the best RV for me to consider living in?
Hi James. we have a team here at the factory dedicated to talking through the options, features and floor plans to help people in the looking phase to find the right fit for them. They can even help you locate models on dealers lots so you can go see them for yourself. Reach out to our Coach Link team here www.thormotorcoach.com/sales-advisor/ - Thanks. - Steve
With all the features this Motorhome has built in, my question is how do these features affect the overall sale price of the Motorhome ? What is the Sale Price of the Motorhome ?
Hi Kevin. We sell the rv to the dealer and the dealer sets their price. Thanks for the question - Steve
tire psi - tires reads 80psi the lable reads 75/65 which do you use?
@Thor Motor Coach
What are the differences between the Axis and Vegas other than the front headlights?
Does the armless awning have to be used fully extended every time? Or can it be used 1/2 open if there isn’t enough space to fully extend it!
read somewhere that the Ford batterie/s are inaccessible unless you cut out something in the passenger dashboard..is that still the case?
no
@@4094bbl Its not the case anymore? So where is the chassis battery now?
Hi is the axis or Vegas available with adaptive cruise control automatic emergency braking or Lane keeping assist thanks Todd
Hi Todd. Ford does not offer those features on the E-350 stripped chassis the Axis and Vegas are built on. Thanks for the question - Steve
@@ThorMotorCoach that is disappointing news maybe the 2022 models will have all the new safety features . All new Honda vehicles come with those features standard
Hey steve is there an email where i can send my suggestions the website didn't work well for me
Its about the ford f550 chassis modified like this E450 chassis so it can have a class A style
Sure, send them directly to me. sduval@tmcrv.com and I'll get them to our product development team. Thanks - Steve
I wonder could you use this Coach as a daily driver and would it hold it together?? Interesting 🤔 I think it’s small enough to fit in most places
Having spent more than a week with a family of four in a Vegas, you can use it to get you just about anywhere. It's what we did and it worked great. It is small enough to park on the street, granted you take up two and a half spaces and you can run it to the store and just about anywhere else. Drive-thrus are not big enough and at some places you have to park way out and walk as you can't fit in regular parking spots. We took it everywhere we wanted to go and you just adjust. Thanks for the question. - Steve
@@ThorMotorCoach Thank you Steve !! If you think about it to have to park it far away it’s not always bad it good it helps you to get in shape.. Lol 😂 I do have one more question please how’s the quality for the vegas I keep on going on google and not so good scores I am extremely interested on the 24.3 model
@@williamgiesecke6447 Over the past two years we have revamped our production lines and have new leadership in place. We are so confident in our product, Thor Motor Coach carries the best warranty in the business. Feel free to reach out with any questions you have. Thanks - Steve
@@ThorMotorCoach hello sir good morning what interested to do is a channel using an Axis 24.3 as a daily if it can be done and how it holds up I’m trading my car in .. I understand it’s on my own risk but I think it would be a great experience
@@ThorMotorCoach w
I love the Vegas, but the clearance is so low to the ground.
Thanks for that..I had not noticed that and I'm looking at this unit..clearance is important
Under Batteries at 3:02 you say "here you will find your chassis batteries".... I believe those are the house batteries...where is the chassis battery?
Thor RV is nice but need another door in case of emergency .
There is a huge escape window in the back.
Hello Were is the Child seat safety belts for a child Car Seat?? Thank you
It is located on the rear seat of the dinette. Thanks for the question. - Steve
My Question..
Is that passenger side door the Only Way to get in and get out of the RV? 😳
because if someone accidentally hit that side of your unit. One is either Stuck Inside or OUT.
Where is the Emergency Exit? 🤔
In the back over the generator. The window is a break free emergency window
Is the Murphy bed in 24.3 usable with the slide in?
Chassis battery is under the steps?
It doesn't look like it has been moved. The videos I've seen show people cutting a hole in the dash board under the flip out tray to get to the chassis battery and get to the fill tube for the oil. I hope that's changed. Can't find one to see for myself.
That flip out should be a slide out with two detent positions (Fat or skinny); seriously….smile
Where is the black/gray tank gauge/meter ???
What model is this??????
Hi. This is for our Axis and Vegas lineup. You can check out all the specs and features here... www.thormotorcoach.com/motorhomes/class-a-motorhomes Thanks - Steve
Great video. Thanks. What is your email address, and what is your position with the firm Steve?
Thanks Brett. My position is the Visual Media Manager. You can contact me at sduval@tmcrv.com. Thanks - Steve
Next time, show what the inside looks like with the slides in
do these get more than 5 miles a gallon?
I think they average 12.
Ours is 10 mpg.
Hello, Mr Steve. Are you going to do a view of the Axis 25.2. That's the model we are interested in.
Hi Peter. We no longer make the 25.2 but if you have specific questions I will do my best to get you the answers you are looking for. Thank you - Steve
@@ThorMotorCoach Why don’t you make the 25.2 anymore if I may ask?
@@radiofreealbemuth8540 I have a 2018 Axis for sale with 2k miles on it and a TON of suspension mods (required for an Axis to be safe).
Hi
I think you forgot the bedroom.
Gas fuel fill is on the drivers side and not the passenger side!
I already don't like that access to the motor and the front is too low to the ground....
Edit out bear in the woods
Exposed portable water tank fill and exposed gasoline tank fill are a security risk. They should have avoided doing it this way. People leave motorhome and goes for hikes many a times. So tanks must be properly secured.
Where is the shower room???!!
The location varies by floor plan. Here is a layout of the Axis and Vegas floor plans that should help you out. www.thormotorcoach.com/axis/floor-plans/ Thanks. - Steve
Hi I wonder 🤔can you give me ideas about how much also wash dryer is optional? Would you tell me because I have plans for out of country thanks 😊
Shower …..
Just looked at a Vegas !! Cheap built an overpriced ! Just wait ! The pandemic is over an economy is tanking !!
Deal breakers:
1. NO LEVELRES1
2. Old style fridge......today, they are all residential 12 v ONLY.
We don't have levelers and our Vegas and depending on where you park it, we haven't needed them yet.
@@dalegribble60I recently purchased one. Any updates on leveling?
@@maxxinethewoopitcher Nope, I still haven't run into any parks where I needed levelling. I'm too cheap to pay for those over priced levelling blocks so I cut up some 1/2" plywood pieces in case I ever need to level. Still haven't used them! Congrats on your Vegas. We're having a blast this summer using it. Cheers!
You talk waaay to much!!!
No,Steve, you do not talk to much! You are very informative. Keep up the great videos!!!
