Try not to be intimidated by a class A. When you go to an RV dealership ask if you can look at one. Ask how long it is. More important, ask if you can drive one!
Class A does have a better view out the front and a few feet of additional interior space, but especially at the low-end Class A like Thor I'd much rather have a dashboard, windshield wipers and head lights designed and assembled by Ford than a cheaper-is-always-better RV company. Plus having front doors is nice.
@@happycampinggeoff My first motor home. Like you mentioned, I hated the legroom in the C and loved the big windows and usability of the cab area in the A.
I hate no one talks about MPG. I see all these videos and they always skip that part. You don't see that happening in cars reviews. Is it really that bad that it can't be mention?
Good point, by having the ability to not have to step up in a class C. Albeit folks that buy C’s like they’ve a nose on the front for safety reasons where in class A your the first one on the accident scene. With the class A there’s typically more or should I say bigger basement storage, etc. I assume you sell rv’s and are aware that that as for coach space and amenities they’re pretty close. I like both class A’ and C’s both and currently own a Gulf Stream conquest 6320 motor home. It’s got swivels in the front and as you stated it’s about worthless but as for space I’ve got plenty. Your video is great and has good merit.
There are always plusses and minuses and everyone camps differently. One thing to consider is being hit from the side. OUCH in a class C and pretty good shape in a class A. When it comes to a front collision in a class A that's a LOT of steal in that chassis and it goes all the way to the front bumper. Typically the bigger vehicle wins the match. And yep! I'm the guy that helps people go camping.
@@happycampinggeoff good point on the side hit😂😂. There are times I wouldn’t mind a class “A” but just bought and paid for the C. The room with the slides open on an A is what I like probably the most.
The dealership I work for does not have one in stock at this time. Below I'm going to include a link to Thor's official website. It will give you all of the specifications and the most current MSRP. www.thormotorcoach.com/vegas/floor-plans/24.1

I have a 2016. I’m 5’4” and have driven it all over the country. Super easy to drive.
That's awesome. Just out of curiosity was the Vegas your first motor coach or did you first buy a class C and then move to a class A?

Very good point!
only thing it needs is to be a 4 season motorhome to be perfect for me
It's been a while but if I remember correctly, we ordered this one with the tank heaters. That's about as 'four season' as you can get.

Yes, it really is that bad, lol. 8 to 10 MPG regardless which gas model it is. They all get about the same.

I hope this helps.
It is not 24ft long. I own one, and it is 25’ 8”
OMG! Thank you for saving the world by correcting 20 inches of a motor coach.
It’s more than 25’ long.
Do we really need to do fractions? Okay world let's get specific. It's 25 feet, .823457 inches long, lol.
@@happycampinggeoff words matter

24’ vs 25’8” are not fractions. Youre almost two feet off. This is a great rig, but your review is poor
