Hi Anthony, thanks! You should check it up with your local shop / online retailer. The fluval is available everywhere, maybe the easiest thing would be to ask google

Some brands, well known ones like 2Hr Aquarist suggests around 25-30% water change. I'm not really sure is that really going to ensure waste organic + any diluted matters in the water to fully be removed, even in a planted tank, especially those aquascapers that "artificially" control their tank for "presentation" purposes etc. Maybe in smaller tanks is okay, but for me, both small and even large tanks I believe in doing 50% water change. Lesser than that is sort of partial water change @ you do around twice water change per week.
