- Join us on an epic adventure as we move seven beautifully planted aquariums over 1000 kilometers! 🚛🌿
In this video, we’ll take you behind the scenes to show you the entire process, from carefully preparing the aquariums and plants for the journey to ensuring they arrive safely at their new home.
*P.s. we made 2 mistakes 😥, the Cryptocoryne labeled in the video is actually a Hygrophila 'Araguaia' whereas the Hygrophila odora is but a Bolbitis 🌱😅. We were really eager to get this video out it seems.

*P.s. we made 2 mistakes 😥, the Cryptocoryne labeled in the video is actually a Hygrophila 'Araguaia' whereas the Hygrophila odora is our beloved Bolbitis 🌱😅. We were really eager to get this video out it seems. This being said, let us know in the comments if you have any other curiosities 👇👇 about Interzoo 2024
Missed your vocation as a bobble-headed trucker obviously! Thanks for sharing
Interesting topic, and I love the traveling graphics and the sound effects in this video.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great video with great pace, thumbs up. And those tanks, one word, awesome...
Awesome that you enjoyed it - thank you so much for watching!
The hygrophila odora label is pointing at bolbitus and the cryptocoryne albeida brown is pointing at hygrophila araguaia. 🤷♂️
You are very correct Dylan, we'll add a comment to fix it. With the odora we thought we'd get away as the label is technically pointing at the plant in the background (which happens to be an odora) 😅😃 but kudos to you for spotting them.
👍
Nice work 💪
Thank you very much!
What type of cushioning do you use under the tanks or are they directly on a hard surface?
Was there any cushioning on the tank bottoms during transport to protect the tanks from bouncing on the hard surfaces when the lorry hit a bump?
Looks like a well organized move and the tanks are beautiful.
The tanks were on wooden boards and nothing else; they were pretty fixed. The pallets themselves do a good job of cushioning.
@@TropicaAquariumPlants Thank you. It all looks wonderful. I'm sure you worried from start to finish but you can rest easy now as the move was a success. I'm on pins and needles when I move my tanks and am so relieved when they get to their destination and set back up with no losses. Congratulations on a successful move.
Hi! I was wondering how did you managed to move the fish? I will be moving soon and although I think I have the hardscape and plants covered, I am struggling to find a solution for moving the fish... Thanks in advance,
How do you keep the plants from drying out?
The tanks are covered with plastic to ensure a humid environment during travel :)
That is approximately _621 miles_ to the rest of us.
You're welcome.
Stay classy my friends.
Thanks for the internationalization aid, Bert! 😃
