    sir your videos are awesome thnx.for uploading them.
    u explained in one of.your videos that to not perform same motion exercise for triceps as its a small group of.muscles. however in this video u performed. two overhead tricep exercises ie using dumbell and rope.
    pls.correct me if i am wrong.

    Shoulder extension will dorsal...not ventrally...
    What You said, that is shoulder elevation or flexion..Not Extension..
    If you push back the hand....the posterior head of deltoid and tricep mainly working there...then accessories muscle also.

    Rofl...after watching this video, what was that... "infa glenoid" ha ha ha, I just don't get one thing...why do you guys think if you use scientific terms people are gonna think you know quite a lot of stuff...when you know just shit about it. When actually the person he himself who is speaking about the so called "sweep" doesn't have it and saying many people in the gym miss that sweep as if you are some gym great.....LOL...firstly UUU train your triceps, later pass comments. Don't try making videos because Jeet Selal is supposed to make them rather make videos if you actually have the passion to make them and have the knowledge about it. There are many watching and following you so please don't spread shit through your videos. I apologize if I have been harsh.

    Sir jis Tara aap ne tricep 3 hote he bataya. Bataiya aap ka jo bicep 💪🏻 hand he round. Puri tara gol he kuch logoka nahi hota he. Round bicep banane ke liye kay kar na chahe ya. Ya phir bicep ki sari exercise laga na chahiya.
