I'm new to this and I got a couple of questions about my new sculpture(I'm making a Venom horse rn from the new Venom movie): 1- Which one of these clays is better for sculpting figurines? You know, less cracking with an armature and holding better details. 2- I use baby oil while working with it, is that fine? or should I be using something else? 3- for adding small pieces to the figurine(thin but long tendrils), should I dry them out separately and glue them to the main body or attach them while soft? cuz porcelain is really soft and gravity will change its form if attached while soft. 4- can you damage the clay with too much baby oil? cuz I feel like I have to use a lot of oil but idk how it'll affect the clay. I know polymer clay is generally better for sculpting, but porcelain clay is just so easy and cheap.
Hi @f.m848 I used this recipe for simple projects, so I cannot guarantee that it will work for your more detailed project. Sorry if I'm unable to help you.

Mine turned out very sticky. Do you know why would that happen and what to do to have it not sticky like yours?
I think you put too much glue.
@@EytoZeeCreative No, I found out that I undercooked it.
