Hey, the best video ive seen about this type of clay, i just tried the no Cook version but i dont understand why it hasnt the right consistancy, it cracks, doesnt makes the teardrop shape.. And it has this Sandy texture. I really measured all the ingredients i dont understand what i am doing wrong.

Thank you for putting the full list of measurements for making both the white clays, onto the internet via RUclips. This video has helped me a whole lot. I really look forward to creating some wonderful things with my grandchildren using the clay. I have a few questions for you:- 1) Do you suggest only creating small projects with the air dry clay..or can you do larger projects, such as vases, in air dry clay? 2) Do you advise on adding the poster paint to the air dry clay only when I plan to use the clay immediately? 3) Is it safe to seal the finished objects I make out of both types of clay by using a glaze only, or should I seal the object first with a spray on sealant, and then glaze it; if I wanted it to hold water for example? Thank you in advance for answering these questions. You are very kind!
Thank you so much Carly for a wonderful feedback! I'm glad you find it helpful 😊 To answer your questions, 1. I personally use it for small projects but I believe you can use it to make larger ones! It holds pretty well especially if the piece is solid. Might take awhile to completely cure it though so might be better to work on it in stages. 2. Yes, definitely. unless you can secure it in a completely airtight container which may allow you to store it for a long time. It will harden quite fast after it's mixed with any paint. 3. I haven't used this clay for any purpose involving water but I've read from other artists that air dry clay in general, no matter the type, is really not advisable to be used with anything that involves water like a pot or a vase even though it's already sealed with glaze or coated with varnish. The clay may turn soft again after awhile.
@@zainclayarts Thank you so much Zain. You are very kind to get back to me so quickly. Do you have any large projects coming up? A thought of mine was to make a nativity set and/farm yard set for my grandaughter. We could play together if it works. I shall be experimenting with different things to make the farm stables or the stable where Jesus was born for her. I thought she might like them, one or the other for Christmas. Shes only 4 years old and I know she would love to make the baby Jesus or the farmer and his wife for the farm yard. She is into arts and crafts which is brilliant because so am I!😁😀😄
@@carlycharlesworth1497 So far, I'm just planning to finish all my works in progress which are mostly character figures like the Sailor Moon I did :) I also decided to skip making any Christmas content since I currently don't really have a lot of time to make something and go through the entire process including editing. 😓 That idea is really cute!! You can try to incorporate other materials along with the clay to make it more realistic if you like. I wish I have someone to make things with haha I hope your granddaughter will enjoy claying too. And if it's alright, I'd love to see your works when you're done! I'd love to share it to others by featuring it in one of my videos as well 😁💕
@@zainclayarts oh how kind of you. I dont know if I would have the confidence to show anything I made but feel free to use the idea for yourself sometime. It would make a great video if you just built the stable in one video and some of the characters perhaps over two or three videos. I would absolutely watch that for sure. Maybe out it to the vote one year. I debated creating the stable out of a cardboard shoe box and coloured paper and some acrylics. I was planning to use strips of fabric to make the characters clothes and make a star out of cardboard, tinsel and a battery run candle. However, I have yet to successfully make the clay yet hahaha. Big dreams but I really want to try. It will be fun just to give it a go. I think i just need the cornflour and that's it. I will have to get my husband to pick me up some. I'm disabled and house bound at present you see. I'm sorry, i'm chattering on. Forgive me. It's been really lovely speaking with you tho. Thank you for your very kind offer. You seem like such a very kind person. Are you on messenger at all, perhaps we could chat on there? Or am I asking impertenant question of you? It's ok to tell me no..I will totally understand. God bless you.
@@carlycharlesworth1497 That's completely alright! I understand. There was also a time that I wasn't totally confident in sharing my works online but I thought, it wouldn't really hurt to try :) Now, I'm just glad that some people appreciate what i make and do. And yes, you're right! I'll consider making it for next year 😊 It might take awhile to finish but I hope you'll be able to finish it while enjoying the process! And no worries!! This is the best video i've seen on this topic so far😻. Kudos to you! BTW just wanna know a wee thing. I'm planning to make a berry twig with clay. So which one would you recommend? Which one will last longer? TIA😇
Very impressive production quality. Your English is fine! Don't worry about it. What about shrinkage with your clay? If you cut a piece 2 inches long, how long is it when it dries?
Thank you so much for the feedback! 💖💖 Shrinkage is about 10%-20% and it depends on how wet the clay is when you let it dry. I usually add 1-2mm allowance for my works to make up for the shrinkage when I want them to be exact in size :)
hardness depends on the size and thickness and they both harden pretty well as you can see in the last part where i compared them. i'd say the cooked one seems more durable in general
@@zainclayartsI have a serious question. When I made this clay once, I made the shape and let it dry, the side that was placed on the bottom (on the table) had small cracks. Is there any way to prevent this? To make it smooth everywhere?
@@katkaklarapaule5053 i have a video discussing how to properly cure adc. please check it out. it might help although cracking can be caused by other factors too.
Hi, Loved the tutorial. Had no idea what the differences where between cooked and non-cooked. You explained things very well. I do have a question, does either one shrink considerably after dried?
shrinkage depends on how much moisture is left in the clay after you sculpted it so i dont think any of them shrinks more than the other. generally, adc shrinks about 10-20%.
You can just leave it wherever as long as it's exposed to air and that will cure it/harden it! i have another video on how to properly cure adc. you might want to check that out :) thanks for watching!
this is such a great video! i do have a question though- will i be able to paint over already dried clay with acrylic paint and how well will the paint stay on?
@@mildredperez5846 hm so far im still experimenting on how to make clay more flexible so i cant really give you anything atm but this particular recipe is semi flexible when you make thin pieces with it while thicker pieces are pretty solid when fully cured.
Hey Zain! Thanks for this detailed tutorial and comparison 👍🏻😃 it looks really helpful! Best video I've watched on air dry clay ;) May I ask how long we can store these clays in the cling wrap? Do we have to store it in the refrigerator or anything? Thanks for your reply :)
Thank you Anuja! I really appreciate your feedback 💕 If you want to store it for a long time, I suggest to use an airtight container like a jar or food container. I would say it can last at least 3-6 months depending on how it's stored. Yes, you may also store it in the fridge if you like :)
Tysm! I coudnt find the comparison anywhere, and I really needed it, also I like the way you made the video, it was very informative and I liked the graphics very much. I just want to ask one question tho, im making, pendants with my bff and I wanted to ask which is thr best for making them, cooked or non- cooked clay? Thankyou!
Hi Navya! I'm not quite sure if you've watched the summary part but I already mentioned there that cooked clay is "generally" better. There's also a comparison part between the two which shows and explains the differences and why cooked clay is better. Please watch those parts for more info. Timestamps are available in the description and pinned comment. Thank you! :)
it kind of is, since it's to make sure the clay won't be exposed to air. i would still recommend using one even if you have an airtight container to store the clay.
I have watched your video for the first time. I really liked it very much because you have explained every detail and shown all the steps. Thank you for making such a detailed video. I have a question that does the gesso or texture paste be substituted with this clay?
I actually tried making gesso just with glue, cornstarch, and white paint. it works great! I followed another tutorial here on YT. You can search "DIY gesso" :)
What a brilliant and lovely tutorial, thank you! I'm thinking about making a square plant pot, do these clays dry flat when rolled thin (maybe ½-1cm), or does it bow/curl?
thank you Rachel! glad you appreciate it 💖 i don't really recommend using air dry clay for plant pots or anything with moisture since it's possible that the clay might soften even if it's sealed. however, you can use it as an outer layer or for decoration for like a plastic pot for example. to answer your question though, yes it can dry flat but it depends on the way you let it cure. make sure to flip it several times to let all areas get exposed to air while it's drying.
in that case, be sure to get rid of air bubbles and be on the lookout for some cracking due to shrinkage. good luck on your project! hope it'll turn out great 😊
awesome tutorial! I made the cooked version clay and it has the right consistency (did well in all the tests you mention) but it takes ages to dry! D: I made 1cm ball to check how long it will dry and it's been 4 days and it still bends under my fingers... Such a small element should dry faster :( What could have gone wrong?
Thank you so much Pat! 💖 Yes, you can easily clean the pan by putting water to it and let it soak or let the clay residue dry completely and peel them off the pan 😄
Thank youu!! 💖 To answer your question, I haven't personally tried it so I can't say for sure. I've seen other youtube tutorials that uses all purpose flour instead. You may search for that and see if there's anything else different with that recipe :)
Thank you 🇬🇧 very good tutorial.BUT a lot of Spanish people who have thier own shops use the no cook method they add a littler shower gel or dish soup .baby oil and lemon and thker clay and charms are fantastic 🇬🇧
You're welcome! 😄 What's recommended by most artists is bosny clear for glossy finish or bosny flat clear for matte finish. spray type sya though. if you want something that you can brush on the piece, pwede ka gumamit ng varnish na lacquer type or polyurethane type :)
Glad you find it hepful! As for your question, I'm not exactly sure about this as I usually just make enough amount of clay to prevent cases where I have to store it and leave it unused for a long time but I think it can last for about 3-6 months depending on how it's stored. If you want it to last longer, make sure to store it in a tightly sealed container. I would suggest a jar while also keeping it in a ziplock for extra security. I have a japanese-brand air dry clay stored in a jar and it's still in pretty good condition after being stored for more than a year now. :)
vinegar should help prevent molds. if you dont like the smell of it you can use lemon juice instead. so far i haven't had any experiences with it getting moldy or attracting any insects.
hey zain what's up ! hi!! thank you so much for watching my videos and im glad you enjoyed them. thank you for wishing me well, that's so kind. i hope you're doing well too 💚 you can troubleshoot the issues with your clay by checking the consistency. you can review the consistency check section of this video using the timestamps or check my FAQs page linked in the description for other possible solutions and clay-related stuff. i hope something works so you can enjoy sculpting too 😊
Such a neat and well detailed video. Love it.. One doubt @zain clay arts.. can you please tell whether I can follow the same method but substitute corn starch with white cement? Also, will there be any reaction from white cemenr with vinegar? Please do reply 🤗
can't say since i haven't tried it. you probably have to adjust the ratio of ingredients. i suggest you test it out if you already have the white cement :)
Thank you for your excellent video! Enjoy it very much. Is there a difference between white glue and latex glue? Can i use normal whire glue instead of your type of glue?
hmm sorry im a bit confused bec i know what im using is also just a pva-based glue like other regular white glues out there. i am not familiar with latex glue
Thank you! Yes, @Farheen Yaseen is right. This type of clay is translucent when it dries. You may use acrylic paint or poster paint to add color to it. Just mix it directly with the clay after it's set.
Thank you so much! 💖 The clay has to be entirely exposed to air while drying. If your piece has a flat back, you may use a mesh or silk screen to dry it. Flip the piece from time to time to prevent it from curving. If the piece is rounded, you may hang it or stick it to a stand if possible to keep its shape. :)
Thank you for this video!! What do I do if the clay is sticky after it set? I've made on the stove and in the microwave and both was so sticky I couldn't get it out of the bag.
That means it's either really undercooked, or the ratio of starch:glue is incorrect. Just kneed more starch into it, or cook it a little more and you should be all set
very helpful video and clear instructions 😊 i tried the cooked air dry clay version and the consistency is just as the video, however, while drying some holes appeared on my pieces (they are small pieces for jewelry) and one of them cracked, do you know why that happened? 🤔 thank you for the tutorial ❤
glad you find it helpful! not really sure but the holes are probably because of air bubbles stuck in the clay. you need to press it pretty hard while sculpting to get rid of those. cracking can be caused by several factors (like how the clay cured, condition of the clay, etc)
can't say for sure since they both have pros and cons. which is better really depends on your preference and what works for you. in my opinion though, polymer clays can be more durable than air dry clays and they are waterproof once baked.
Thank you for this amazing video!❤ I tried this today and to be clear, the tear drop shape is to be formed soon after kneading or after placing a few hours...?
that depends on how dry your overcooked clay is. if you're unsure, there's really no harm in mixing a lot of undercooked clay with it. your clay will just be softer and you can just air dry it a little to get the right consistency.
thick pieces made with this clay are pretty durable. if you can add some kind of base or support inside, that will make your pieces much more durable. and yes, you can use them with silicone molds. apply oil on the molds so it wont stick
Hi, I want to make a ceramic watercolor palette .. can I make a palette with this dough? Or I should use ceramic powder for this? Can I use all purpose flour instead of cornstarch ? Thanks for this detailed video it is a best video I watched for Air Dry Clay. Thanku :)
hi sorry im not familiar with working with ceramics so im afraid i can't answer your question. as for all purpose flour instead of cornstarch, i believe you can find recipes for that here on YT. thank you so much for watching. im glad you find it helpful 💚
Hi, just a quick question. Thank you for the brilliant tutorial, but, I have been making a polymer air dry "picture" which will be attached to slate. I did not add colour as I made it, as I wanted to be able to paint shades, making it "pop" out.... is this ok to do? I have a varnish made for polymer to complete it. Should I continue, or start again with mixing the colours to clay before shaping it? Thanks
yes that's totally fine! for the varnish though, i think it's best to search if your varnish is compatible with the paint you're using coz sometimes varnishes can dissolve the paint and smudge it all over :)
no cook method is really harder to use than the cooked one. it dries faster so you have to work pretty fast. you can soften it out by making a new mixture of the same ingredients and mix that with the hard clay. good luck!
Hi, thanks so much for sharing. I follow your instructions and did make it work (cooked one). However my clay dries pretty fast, any suggestion to help it stay undried a bit longer?
some use a damp cloth to cover unused clay while they work. beware of lints though since they can get stuck in the clay. but if you're having problems with the clay you're actively sculpting with, i find it better to use slightly undercooked clay (be sure it's not super soft tho) as it will give you more time to work with (consider the shrinkage) or just use a bit of water to soften the clay every now and then.
mostly just making sure my clay is not too soft and not too dry when i work. having good consistency with the clay is the most important. tho sometimes i still get subtle creases here and there but i can usually smooth it out with water. proper curing helps too. u can watch my other video on that topic :)
Hm I'm not exactly sure about this as I usually just make enough amount of clay to prevent cases where I have to store it and leave it unused for a long time but I think it can last for about 3-6 months depending on how it's stored. If you want it to last longer, make sure to store it in a tightly sealed container. I would suggest a jar while also keeping it in a ziplock for extra security. What about shrinkage. My project completely shrunk and is very disappointing I used the no cook air dry clay.
Both will shrink. That's what happens with air dry clay, because during the drying process the liquid evaporates.

If a clay has water, it will inevitably shrink when it dries.

1) Do you suggest only creating small projects with the air dry clay..or can you do larger projects, such as vases, in air dry clay?
2) Do you advise on adding the poster paint to the air dry clay only when I plan to use the clay immediately?
3) Is it safe to seal the finished objects I make out of both types of clay by using a glaze only, or should I seal the object first with a spray on sealant, and then glaze it; if I wanted it to hold water for example?
Thank you in advance for answering these questions. You are very kind!
Thank you so much Carly for a wonderful feedback! I'm glad you find it helpful 😊 To answer your questions,
That idea is really cute!!
TIA😇
cooked method is better in general
Hi dear i am from India
I liked your videos very much
I could not understand english perfectly, but I got a lot of help from subtitles.
Excellent video on air dry clay , both methods have been described in a very simple and clear manner…. I want to ask which clay shrinks in size ?
Both
You are such a great teacher. I love how you broke it all down. This is so helpful. Thank you for all your time spent in making such a great video.
You have tell us each and every method and querys that we have thank you 😊😊❤
Thank u sooo muchhh this helped soo much! I just started sculpting as my hobby! :) 💞
nicee! have fun sculpting!!
Thank you. Lovely tutorial❤❤❤ Extremely methodical approach. Truly a commendable job.👌👍👏
Want to know the percentage of shrinkage once dry.
shrinkage is around 10-20%
talked about this more in detail in my 'how to properly cure air dry clay' video 😊
@@zainclayarts Thank you. I will check the mentioned video.
The perfect vid i found today all over the internet love it!!
aww thank you so much! 💖 that makes me happy 😊
If i also put resin on my clay art, would it keep it good as well? By the way you are awesome for doing the video!
havent tried it myself but i believe yes :) thank you, glad you liked it!
I do reccomend also using oil based paint. That was the recommended one when I learned about this many years ago.
Yes, I've seen others use it however I believe water-based paints are less toxic than oil-based ones.
This is the best well planned video!! it answered all the questions that i had in mind
thank you 💚
Hi! Love your video. What do you personally prefer?
Thank you! 💖 I personally prefer the cooked method! :3
Hi. Can you use lemon juice instead of vinegar ? And I heard that air dry clay shrinks after its dried. Is it true ? Thank you for the video.
Thank you!
This video is AMAZING 🤩
Very impressive production quality. Your English is fine! Don't worry about it.
What about shrinkage with your clay? If you cut a piece 2 inches long, how long is it when it dries?
Thank you so much for the feedback! 💖💖
Shrinkage is about 10%-20% and it depends on how wet the clay is when you let it dry. I usually add 1-2mm allowance for my works to make up for the shrinkage when I want them to be exact in size :)
Beautiful video! Which clay ks harder after fully drying?
hardness depends on the size and thickness and they both harden pretty well as you can see in the last part where i compared them. i'd say the cooked one seems more durable in general
@@zainclayartsthanks))
@@zainclayartsI have a serious question. When I made this clay once, I made the shape and let it dry, the side that was placed on the bottom (on the table) had small cracks. Is there any way to prevent this? To make it smooth everywhere?
@@katkaklarapaule5053 i have a video discussing how to properly cure adc. please check it out. it might help although cracking can be caused by other factors too.
@@zainclayartsHow much does cold porcelain shrinks when it dries?
Hi, Loved the tutorial. Had no idea what the differences where between cooked and non-cooked. You explained things very well. I do have a question, does either one shrink considerably after dried?
shrinkage depends on how much moisture is left in the clay after you sculpted it so i dont think any of them shrinks more than the other. generally, adc shrinks about 10-20%.
@@zainclayarts Thanks, already made my first batch. Can't wait to get started.
When I try this I’m like :D she makes it look sooo easy, you have great talent, soon I might even start another RUclips channel on clay XD
haha thank you 💖 go for it! :)
Hello! 👋🏻
Thankyouuuu for this wonderful tutorial ♥️
But can i ask?
Can i bake it?
pls read the FAQs page , link in the description :)
In the end, what did you mean by "curing it"? After im done making my sculptures csn i just leave it out in yhe sun? Great video by the way!!
You can just leave it wherever as long as it's exposed to air and that will cure it/harden it! i have another video on how to properly cure adc. you might want to check that out :) thanks for watching!
this is such a great video! i do have a question though- will i be able to paint over already dried clay with acrylic paint and how well will the paint stay on?
yes you absolutely can! you just have to use a sealer/varnish to make the paint last. i have a list of materials i use linked in the description.
Thank you for this tutorial. I'm a beginner and this helped me a lot! Now I know how to make my own air dry clay. Thank u again!
Thank you Mildred! Glad you find this tutorial helpful! Next episode is already in the works! Hope you can look forward to it and happy claying! 😊💕
Can you please help me how to make my clay flexible after curing? TIA
Best video I've watched on air dry clay ;)
May I ask how long we can store these clays in the cling wrap?
@@creativeteeny925 That's great! Glad you find the video helpful and thanks for watching 😊
This is one of the most detailes vids on yt! ❤
But is it compulsory for cling wrap? Coz I don't have it at home.. 😅
it kind of is, since it's to make sure the clay won't be exposed to air. i would still recommend using one even if you have an airtight container to store the clay.
@@zainclayarts perfect, thank you! My plan is to use it as an "outer"; have a pot inside it, and possibly even glue a thick plastic bag inside
in that case, be sure to get rid of air bubbles and be on the lookout for some cracking due to shrinkage. good luck on your project! hope it'll turn out great 😊
awesome tutorial! I made the cooked version clay and it has the right consistency (did well in all the tests you mention) but it takes ages to dry! D: I made 1cm ball to check how long it will dry and it's been 4 days and it still bends under my fingers... Such a small element should dry faster :( What could have gone wrong?
Thanks for the very informative video! Will def try this out! Was it easy to clean the pan afterwards?
Thank you so much Pat! 💖 Yes, you can easily clean the pan by putting water to it and let it soak or let the clay residue dry completely and peel them off the pan 😄

Can we use all purpose flour in the place of cornstarch.
Btw the video was awesome, everything was nicely explained
Thank youu!! 💖 To answer your question, I haven't personally tried it so I can't say for sure. I've seen other youtube tutorials that uses all purpose flour instead. You may search for that and see if there's anything else different with that recipe :)
Thank you 🇬🇧 very good tutorial.BUT a lot of Spanish people who have thier own shops use the no cook method they add a littler shower gel or dish soup .baby oil and lemon and thker clay and charms are fantastic 🇬🇧

cooked method
@@zainclayarts tysm i will try 💗✨
Hello, thank you for the recipes. Ano po pwedeng i-top coat sa cooked clay para maging water proof? Thank you!
You're welcome! 😄 What's recommended by most artists is bosny clear for glossy finish or bosny flat clear for matte finish. spray type sya though. if you want something that you can brush on the piece, pwede ka gumamit ng varnish na lacquer type or polyurethane type :)
How long is the shelf life of the cooked clay before it dries out? Your video is really helpful thank you
Glad you find it hepful!

You can freeze it perfectly fine, and let it thaw over night before use!
Thanks for this video the video was cleared my all dought very nice keep it up
I wanted to ask that will it catch fungus, or attract insects or get moldy and smelly. Loved the recipe!!!!!
vinegar should help prevent molds. if you dont like the smell of it you can use lemon juice instead. so far i haven't had any experiences with it getting moldy or attracting any insects.

hmm sorry im a bit confused bec i know what im using is also just a pva-based glue like other regular white glues out there. i am not familiar with latex glue
Easy to follow tutorial. Can i ask, is it ok to add color like blue, red etc. before you cook it?
yes! the next video i made for this series is about that actually (coloring air dry clay before cooking). you can check it out if you like :)
Hi.. Nice n well explained tutorial. I have a doubt, the clay I made is little translucent when it gets dried. How to get opaque white clay?
Cold porcelain dries translucent, you can add white paint to it.
Thank you! Yes, @Farheen Yaseen is right. This type of clay is translucent when it dries. You may use acrylic paint or poster paint to add color to it. Just mix it directly with the clay after it's set.
Very nice and precise video. Thank you for this. I tried the cooked clay and while drying the sculpt is getting curved. How do I get that fixed.
thank you for the tutorial ❤
glad you find it helpful! not really sure but the holes are probably because of air bubbles stuck in the clay. you need to press it pretty hard while sculpting to get rid of those. cracking can be caused by several factors (like how the clay cured, condition of the clay, etc)
@@zainclayarts ohhh i see, i will try that. thank you 😄😄
thanks for this very elaborate tutorial~ may I ask if diy cooked air dry clay better than polymer clays bought from stores? thanks
can't say for sure since they both have pros and cons. which is better really depends on your preference and what works for you. in my opinion though, polymer clays can be more durable than air dry clays and they are waterproof once baked.
Wow I have been looking for a great video to show this clay cures. You did a fantastic job. I am def a subscriber🌼🌼🌼
thank you! 😊
Thank you for this amazing video!❤
I tried this today and to be clear, the tear drop shape is to be formed soon after kneading or after placing a few hours...?
after letting it set for a few hours or overnight
Very informative. My clay got overcooked and rubbery. Same quantity undercooked clay should be used to rectify it ??
that depends on how dry your overcooked clay is. if you're unsure, there's really no harm in mixing a lot of undercooked clay with it. your clay will just be softer and you can just air dry it a little to get the right consistency.
Thank you for a great tutorial. How durable is it and can I use it in silicone molds? Thank you.
thick pieces made with this clay are pretty durable. if you can add some kind of base or support inside, that will make your pieces much more durable. and yes, you can use them with silicone molds. apply oil on the molds so it wont stick
Very nice❤ ! But I have a question, does this clay get rotten after a few months ? How long does it last ??
it can last for years with proper maintenance and storage! most of the clay im using now are still batches i made from last year!
Wow what an amazing video full detailed and informative I’ve ever seen ❤❤ keep it up 👍🏻

Hey there! I was just wondering if you can substitute cornstarch with flour? Will it affect the results? Thank you so much ^^
Flour and cornstarch have a hugeeeee difference between eachother. Flour can grow moldy and stinky very fast, and it cooks differently.
May I ask if you can sand this after it is dry to get a better finish? Nice video btw.
yes 😊 thank you! 💚
Can you suggest, which clay is best for jewelry making
Thank you so much.very useful and details given by you. This is very helpful for me

same for me... give suggestions pls
@@zainclayarts thank you. I would try your suggestion
I'm so curious on how you prevent cracks :0
mostly just making sure my clay is not too soft and not too dry when i work. having good consistency with the clay is the most important. tho sometimes i still get subtle creases here and there but i can usually smooth it out with water. proper curing helps too. u can watch my other video on that topic :)
