Hello and thank you so much for sharing... The very day I was researching trying to find a solution to shrinking of air dry clay your post came through about 5 hours later. I was so pleased and encouraged. I am currently overseas and the items you list can be found here. I will be making this later today and giving it a try. I will certainly be reviewing all of your posts and have subscribed to your channel. Blessings... Diana O
Megha .....u are my first teacher in craft with textures.
Thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge
My question is, how long does this clay last when dry? Does it break down over time, get yellow, or does the oil in it become rancid? Thank you in advance.
You could probably use mineral oil or liquid parrafin (unscented baby oil or at local pharmacy).
I AM WATCHING THIS RECIPE OF
MODELLING CLAY, FIRST TIME.
PREVIOUSLY I KNEW "MODELING PASTE."
IT IS GOOD YOU HAVE SHOWN FEW
EXAMPLES OF ITS USES. I HAVE
SAVED THIS VEDIO TO WATCH IT AGAIN
AND COULD SEE THE PROJECTS
YOU HAVE MADE. THANKS A LOT. 👍👍😅

I am delighted with this clay. Thank you so much for making this video. The clay is sturdy and really tough when totally dry. Only very thin things break but that is the same with any air hardening clay and this is so much cheaper to make. Blessings, Juliet. X

Wonderful. We've been using porcelain clay, which has to be cooked, then kneaded while hot and shrinks more than this. Thanks for posting. Your work is stunning!
Yes! We certainly have, I tried that it was okay. But what am I going to do with the plaster of paris I bought online? I dont know lol
Carol no you cN do a non cook por cine clay
@@alena7756 hii Alena i've just read yr comment if you want you can see thé vidéo on my chanel to get an idea to use your pop 👍🏻
Porcelain clay is cooked and is probably stronger. It can used for pointed objects where strength is needed.

Calcium Carbonate is cheap:
Can be added to any acrylic
paint and any coloured paint if you
want to turn it into chalk-paint:
and it's not expensive as store
bought chalk-paint:
The calcium C. thickens the acrylic paint: this
thickening makes sure the area you want to
paint is covered well: it hides all marks etc..
Once yr paint is dry, you are ready for
eg... decoupaging and remodernizing
anything you want, especially old or dirty wood, any
old or outdated ceramics glass and
furniture, that you want to make it look shabby
Chic or french vintage antique:
If you accidentally put too much c/c into yr
paint and it's too thick just add more paint to
thin it down:
You can wash brushes or any items...etc in water.
Heard your voice after such a longtime❤️ and plase vlogs👍🏻
