Very charming and a nice setting for a winter vacation cabin! Space use and flow are very good. I like the integration of the dining and kitchen bar. There isn't enough storage space in the kitchen, which would be okay for an AirBnB. To add storage, I would suggest a row of cabinets along the window wall without that window. You can always add a long window under the cupboards in place of the backsplash. The 2nd floor interior is different from the exterior. It seems like it would be worth it to add a second bedroom behind the fireplace wall. But the whole thing is very well-contained as a one-bedroom.

Add a little one car garage to the back and be able to enter through that space between the bathroom & laundry area and it would fix that perfectly, IMHO. 😊
