I have been following your designs for years and love them. This house is great. I have only two problems with it: no washer/dryer and I prefer a table for an eating space rather than a shelf that looks at the kitchen.
Great home for retirees. Laundry machines under the stairs. Dormer window for the bathroom upstairs. Delete double storage upstairs and replace with another dormer upstairs for more light.
You've done a wonderful job with the space and it's very cute. I would suggest however, that entryways and hallways are a waste in such a small house. I would have found a way to use that space such as a larger kitchen and larger upstairs bedroom or sitting area.
This house would work for a couple plus one. The Kitchen is small, but there is a pantry closet, and I might park a wheeled island next to the bathroom door to move over for food prep. Dining space is also very limited. On the other hand, the upstairs suite is huge, with many closets and both a shower and tub in the bathroom. Were I to build this place I'd add an extension sunroom/conservatory to put a dining table and more guest seating.
Charge the living room around so as to get the full benefit of the windows natural light and not obscured by a massive television. Staircase needs a handrail 😱🤕. I'd eliminate the of range hood put in a convection microwave instead. Otherwise great job🎉
Nice 2BR, 2 bath! I would never have a child or children sleeping downstairs alone though. Kitchen/dining area is small too. No room upstairs to sleep kids on air mattresses either. Not the home for me as I would want to sleep more people.

Love the entrance way, the built ins, and I guess you could take one of the closets upstairs and put in a washer/dryer.

I agree, a sunroom would allow growing some veggies and a small table for gaming or am coffee!
