I love how Jon Wang starts speaking Chinese out of left field at the Taiwanese press guy/the first questioner after Daniel Kwan answers the Mom question. I'm surprised they didn't storyboard as much. Wow.

I am so proud of all of them. For someone who deals with mental health issues myself. The end of this film WAS that light at the end of crazy wild roller coaster ride of a movie. Perspective is everything in life, and I think they nailed it in their own way.

The directors went from making the video to Turn Down for What, to making an Oscar winning film 👏🏽 very inspirational.

This year I can truly say The Oscars really delivered. It had some of the greatest, most thrilling, shocking, callbacks to the show’s history and most emotional moments that payed off and pulled at your heartstrings. I can truly say the best Oscar show in my opinion. Also congrats to EEATO for 🧹 up most of the awards that night. Really set the bar for Asian representation, new storytelling and most win for a movie in a long time. Hopefully the Oscars can keep this up every year and the 100th anniversary can outdo 95🏆

Congratulations to all the winners. This was a very descent presentation compared to the past editions which had been extremely woke, tedious and predictable with all the so-called inclusion cards. This time you guys really went technical in your decisions and we appreciate that: meritocracy, meritocracy, meritocracy.. it's the key to evolution. Of course one or two people made sure to remind us that they're black, that they're a black woman, etc I don't even know what difference it makes, I feel sorry for people who could be celebrating the fact that they're an excellent actor or actress but instead choose to focus on the color of their skin or the size of their hair, as if there was something special about it. Imagine if every white person did the same??? "Hey, look at me, white power, my mother is a white woman, blah blah" (cos believe me folks, there are lot of white people out there who live poor and miserable lives but u don't hear them relating their misery to the color of their skin...) but if these people, even when they're so fortunate to win an oscar, inisist on reminding us that they're black, or asian, and that they're different, that they've been a victim of society, etc.. so be it. Great event anyways!!! Kudos to the Academy.

It’s just a reaction to anyone who’s a minority getting something. Despite the fact that one half of the directors is literally White. It’s a film that isn’t told from the perspective of a White person so it must be woke even though politics wasn’t even a part of the film.
