hey! just a clarification on why Analog is there - it's because Wavetable uses sample files whereas Analog uses mathematical operations on wave samples (not sample files, like, bit words). So you can get a perfect sawtooth out of Analog but you can't get one out of Wavetable's basic shapes sawtooth frame. Try it! Play a sawtooth out of Analog at C1, look at 15~17khz in a spectrogram. Then do it out of Analog and see the extra harmonics :)
It's not a big difference on headphones, but big speakers replicate this extra difference very well - it sounds much cleaner and more Physical, I guess I can say.
EDIT: Perfect sawtooth up to nyquist i should say.

Yes, please do a full video on disperser! It's really odd and usually subtle unless you're modulating the frequency a lot. I know what it does technically but don't really know how to use it best or when to use it. Experimenting has yielded some neat results but I've love a full video showing it's full potential.

Disperser + transient master from NI is great for adding a thick thunky donk to your basses or whatever else

btw you can use sliceEQ for some really neat filter curves and just mess with the offset knob

Using macros is not the only way to automate paramaters in the plugin, you can use the "configure" button, next to the plugin name, to select the parameters you want and automate them. I used this a lot on serum.

The configure button does not work with Phase Plant I just tried it. My understanding is that it exceeds the number of parameters Ableton can contain within a device because it allows you to use such an absurd amount of generators and effects at once. This remains my biggest complaint about the plugin and Im not even sure it's something that can be fixed unfortunately :(

Yeah Kilohearts are always improving and fixing PP. I posted a bug on the Discord, within a week it gets fixed.
The 2.0 update will be next level, not just for Phase Plant but Multipass and Snap Heap as well, can't wait!

Gotta 'memba you can stack Serum FX on Serum so you achieve more than just A < B // B < A FM.

Can't compare the audio rate modulation capabilities, Serum is great, but in terms of FM Phase Plant can do nearly infinitely more, as much as your CPU is willing to handle that is.
