Hello, these looks fantastic. I was wondering can they be premade and frozen? If so, how long can they be frozen till? Thanks for sharing!
Hi! Thank you! That's a great idea! Yes, these should freeze beautifully. I would store them no more than three months.
Thank you tatyana for this delicious recipe I'm gonna try to make this for my family but is crepes is Russian or French??
"Blinchiki" or in French "crepes" is essentially a European pancake. Very thin and can be filled with various thing a like fruits and or cheeses of sorts. Sometimes even meats! :) Crepes are definitely a European dish though.
Great recipe. Have you ever tried them with vanilla, orange blossom water or rosewater added to the filling....it really takes these to another galaxy
Thanks! Yes, especially orange blossom water! They taste amazing!

If Tatyana made these nalesniki for the Tsar, he would have made her a duchess!
Haha, thank you! :)
Did you remodel your kitchen? Looks awesome!
Thank you! I moved to a new place :)
Hi Tatyana,
.
Greetings from Australia!
Aren't nalesniki usually filled with fruit as well as the cheese mix? Some nice tart cherries would counter the sweetness of the cheese and sugar. When you take them out of the oven add some more fruit and/or juice, along with some smetana mixed with mascarpone.
You can definitely add sour cherries to your liking. I also like to add blueberry or apricot preserves. All delicious :)
Made your crapes with Tvarog 🤤😋😁
I love crepes with tvorog! :) So glad you enjoyed them!
Can you please make blini with meat stuffing.
I have a recipe here! :) www.tatyanaseverydayfood.com/Recipe_Page/Russian/Meat_and_Onion_Blini/Recipe_Page.html
Незнаю поймешь ли но что ты сделала после того как выложила блины на форму? Оставила на 25 мин просто?
What temperature did you heat your oven?
350F; please find the full recipe here, too tatyanaseverydayfood.com/recipe-items/nalesniki-cheese-filled-crepes/

Is that an 8 or 10 inch pan
I think that was a 10-inch pan. 8 or 10 inch will both work well :) Enjoy!

It's so wierd to see the polish name in title of your video, greetings from Poland Tatyana! xo

Musa Mujahid Thank you!
"nale-sneaky" lol
Cheese filled blini.
I tried this it didn't worked that well. The crepe were too crunchy. I wonder what did i do wrong.
Hmm, maybe try using more batter next time for the crepes. Sometimes you make them too thin, they may turn slightly crispy instead of moist...
Thank you Tatyana !!
How much flour exactly. You showed 2 small spoons only and said to wisk after each addition. You don’t mention this in the description either. Is that only those 2 small spoons of flour in this recipe with 5 eggs?
No, I added all the flour, not just the 2 spoons. You'll need 1 1/4 cup flour. I have all details on my website here: tatyanaseverydayfood.com/nalesniki-cheese-filled-crepes/#recipe
@@TatyanasEverydayFood thank u
How much flour gig u add to the crapes? You say 5eggs butter milk and say spoon in the flour but never say how much of it you move right on to the ricotta cheese and so on.
sorry for the confusion! I have all the recipes on my blog; you'll need 1 1/4 cup flour: tatyanaseverydayfood.com/recipe-items/nalesniki-cheese-filled-crepes/
I made these, but did not like It. Everybody has a different taste
