These crepes are so yummy. I tried alot of different crepes recipe and these beat all honestly. So delicious. I have 8 kids and all of them have different tastes and all of them just love these. They said they are perfect on sweetness. Kids approved recipe! Thank you momsdish

I love blinchiki. They are so good and easy to make. I usually use a blender to mix everything and then let the recipe rest for 30 mins . Yours looks amazing! I love to eat them plain while they are warm with hot tea, or with whipped cream cheese and strawberries, or maple syrup. I remember for parties they would serve them with caviar. My husband loves them as well, as he only tried it when I made it for him. Ever since then it is one of his favorite breakfast or anytime dishes. My husband can also finish everything, which I am ok with so they aren't laying in the fridge for more than a day or two.

I use your recipe for crepes almost all the time. I love your other recipe where you use cream cheese filling with condensed milk and bake it in the oven. Always a hit in my family!

Hey Natasha, you are probably not making them thin enough, if they are thin, they cook quicker and easier to flip. Also, is your pan non stick?
