Absolutely Delicious! I've made these 3 times already & they're still great cooked in an electric skillet! I spray thr pan with coconut oil cooking spray, & replace the milk with Almond Milk which contains some salt so none extra needed - that right there is the best thing because I can control the salt content for dietary reasons. Thanks SO MUCH for this recipe cuz I L♡VE Crepes & this blend is 💯% PERFECT! 😁🥰💗🥞💗

I love how these turned out. Reduced recipe to half and it was just enough for two adults one kid about 2 each with one extra. Thanks for the foolproof recipe, Natasha! We enjoyed two versions: cheddar cheese and rasberry marmalade.

Here is a great supper crepe recipe, simple, lay out a crepe, saute enough nushrooms & spinach in in a pan of evoo, lay a thin slice of ham, & swiss cheese on the crepe along with a spoonful of the mushrooms & spinach( spread on the crepe over ham & cheese) make some chicken gravy on side. Roll up the crepe & place seam side down, & then drizzle hot chix gravy on them. 2 to 3 crepes is a good portion, i hope you try it. God bless you & yours & please stay safe.
