    HUGE THUMBS UP for mentioning the temperature to cook them at. Other tutorials make it seem like it is illegal to tell us what heat is required.

    • @SugarSpunRun
      @SugarSpunRun  4 года назад

      I don’t recommend using all water. You really need the fat from the milk here for flavor and texture. I think they could still turn out if you use water but they will definitely be bland and maybe even a little rubbery

    Do we need to wait an hour after making the batter or is it optional

    • @SugarSpunRun
      @SugarSpunRun  2 года назад

      So, you could skip the rest time, but I really recommend waiting at least 30 minutes before making your crepes. Resting allows any bubbles in the batter to escape and gives the gluten time to relax. Our ingredients (namely our flour and our liquids) have time to fully meld together, resulting in more tender (and non-rubbery) crepes that are less likely to tear when you’re turning them

  • @devroombagchus7460

    Why do you pronounce it as if it is creepy? The vowel sounds like in ¨there, their, where.You also don't pronounce the s. It sounds funny if you say that you would like a creep. (creepo). As usual in the USA, your creeps seem creepily thick. They should not resemble big pancakes.

      @@SugarSpunRunTaking people who use a pseudonym seriously is a waste of time. You proved it by posing a redundant question.
