I have to Moto-V for vlogging and the Moto-1 for the Track / non-motovlog rides. I do like them a lot. I wish the chin curtain was longer or more sealing for less wind but not enough to complain about, its nice to see more videos come up on this brand.
I have noticed that it seems like the wind noise that I am getting it from the top vents. I would love to see Voss update and maybe modify it to be a little more quiet. I have motovlogged in both the 989 MotoV and the modular…love them both. Thanks for watching!! Stay safe

Congrats on becoming an affiliate! The helmet looks great, and the audio sounds awesome!! I have an LS 2, it also has a pinlock, the drop down sun visor, and the easy strap. Mine is also a modular that is designed to be able to ride with it as a full face, or a 3/4 helmet, which I really like!! The problem I have, is it’s also noisy. On the Wing, not bad at all, on the VStrom, I have to wear ear plugs. I do not like that I can not do a chin mount on mine… Great review!!

I almost bought a Voss helmet before I bought this Scorpion helmet I'm using. The only reason I didn't get is was the website said that the style of helmet I wanted would be out of stock for the next 3 months!! I wasn't willing to wait!. Good looking helmet though! Good video man!!

Helmet looks sweet man! The drop down is such a great addition and yes, get the damn pin lock in. Make sure the lens is flawless before you attach it or you'll be forever annoyed
Looks good buddy. I was shopping for a full-face/modular for a while and ended up buying a new lid and modular from Indian. I wear the skullcap during this hot weather and will switch to the modular on cooler days. Congrats on making affiliate! Good initial thoughts too…very informative.

Nice lid Goofy. Pinlocks are amazing if you ride in the rain. I’m interested in the chin mount. Are you using a clip on mount, or the usual stick on? I have just bought a new helmet and can’t bring myself to sugru a mount to it 🥴
The chin mount is stick on. I like that it’s made for the helmet and you don’t have to worry about areas that are too low or too high. Made for the contour of the helmet. Thanks for watching and stay safe
If it has functionality, dear god, I hate sales pitching. You're reaching out to your watchers, I get it. I'm a serious, small timer, been biking for yrs, but financially, keep getting drained dry and told I don't need it. Keep posting while they try to make you pay. You're a great guy and posts like these, still make me nervous over marketing bull....but I still know, ya get what you paid for.
Honestly I am not trying to make a sales pitch. I would do a first impression on any helmet I have purchased. I will be honest with you about any issues I might run into with this helmet.
Completely about all of that. Don't let cost hinder quality on personal restraints, especially when half the manufacturers, these days, shortcut quality. Were Americans, not settling for less than....okay, a presidency. Major there, but quality on safety, consumer purchase? Don't let em, not show you love cause consumer purchasing is getting ready to make a major savings for Americans

I got this helmet, but I am very confused as the website says "Voss DryTech removable moisture-wicking comfort liner" - but I cannot find how to remove the liner from the outer rim of the helmet.. so I just managed to kinda let it "hang" outside.. any tips? Can't see how I am supposed to wash it if it cannot be completely separated from the helmet...
@@GoofyBastard thanks! I just dared to pull on it a bit and it came out on the sides. Cannot find a way to remove the center part though that is attached close to the top of the visor. Super strange if they chose not to let us remove it to wash it. I live in Crete and the summers get HOT, so this may be a short lived helmet /:

The noise isn’t unbearable at high speeds. I was looking more for the motovlog set up and to try to avoid excessive wind noise on camera. I have played around with the vents and if you close the top vents it will cut the noise down. Thanks for watching and stay safe
