I am really confused. In another video on exercises for flatback syndrome, exercises you showed are extension exercises. Here you are asking to do flexion exercises. 😢

Few days back i got tetnis injection shot in my left arm by a trained nurse,during injection i felt extreme pain like a cold knife ,right now i got swelling ,stiffness and pain where injection was injected, hard to wear clothes ,now its my second day to have physiotherapy session, my physiotherapist says it would take a month to cure the stiffness and pain,felt very relaxed after geting second treatment, so doctor tell me did i got the vaccine injury or it was an allergy reactiion to me by the tetnis shot?lot of prayers to you,respect from pakistan.
