    Thank you so much for this information! Really great video. I’m suffering from constant neck and shoulder pain.
    Recent MRI shows minimal reversal of cervical lordosis AND a nerve impingement.
    I am normally active 3-4x in the gym. Lately the pain has increased-causing me to work out less. I plan on seeing a good chiropractor in my area. Hopefully this helps

    Hi Doctor. I have question, I'm suffering neck, shoulder,right hip pain and back pain. After x-tray, the doctor said I have loss or cervical lordosis and loss of lumbar lordosis, and T12 compress fracture. I haven't had any serious accident or significant fall. After blood test, negative for tuberculosis, and I haven't lost any weight so negative for possible cancer. I work 9-5 in office desk for the past 12 years. Could it be because i have prolong sitting or could be my large breast size contribute to this problem?

    Vascular issues include increased chance of blood clots?
    I noticed it felt like I pulled a muscle on the front of my chest below the neck on the right side. It did not improve over the months but was not noticeable during the day. Once I started working on improving the flat spot (physiotherapist mentioned) the symptom greatly reduced.
    Note I also had the luxury of experiencing a pinched nerve so I would strongly recommend people pay attention to the alignment and flexibility. It doesn't take much time to incorporate simple routines into the day.

    Hey Doc will correcting the cervical lordosis cause an increase in vertical height as it will improve posture??

    • @ScoliosisReductionCenter
      @ScoliosisReductionCenter  4 месяца назад

      While correcting cervical lordosis can enhance posture and potentially make you look slightly taller, it won't significantly increase your vertical height. The benefits are more related to health and appearance rather than measurable growth. To learn more about our methods, please visit our website at www.scoliosisreductioncenter.com/treatment-approach

    Well then surely this can be reversed or at least stopped. I’m certain my son has this. He’s dealing with it now. Gets dizzy standing up. Cold hands and feet. Even ears are cold. He was working out and his arm went numb.

    Can this be the cause for severe debilitating migraines that begin at the base of the neck... Suboccipital area... ?
    I'm really scared to be honest, I feel like I'm losing my life and I don't have a strong medical team.
