    I drank this 3x's a day in my last trimester for my last child. The nurses were amazed by how high my iron was after giving birth. (I'm borderline anemic.) My second stage of labor also lasted about 2 hours.

    • @bethanntay
      @bethanntay 2 года назад +2

      That is great that it did that for you, even more with your enema.
      I was the opposite. My iron was very low and I started at 25 weeks.

      Second stage of labor (aka, pushing) for a multipara lasting 2 hours? Yeah, that does not say anything positive about the tea; that's pretty terrible, really. (Not trying to blame you, here, just wondering why you would have said it this way.)

    • @TheHeartofjackie
      @TheHeartofjackie 2 месяца назад +1

      @harringt100 I didn't push for two hours. When i say second stage of labor, meaning over 6 cm with closer stronger contractions. I actually pushed twice and she was out.

It's around 2,3,4 cups in a day on 38th week of pregnancy. I using another preparation too ( physical activities, birthing ball, homeopathy, acupressure, aromatherapy, meditations,...), all available "kind" things I'm able to use😅.

    I love all your videos. Currently, I am 36 weeks. I enjoy Red Raspberry Leaf in moderation (also drinking Earth Mama's). It is more of a calming thing I do for myself at night after work or when I am stressed out, rather than a methodical regimen of drinking it for medicinal purposes. I really enjoy the taste. There is no reason _not_ to drink it at any stage of pregnancy (or life.) It does not induce labor or cause contractions. It mostly is good as a source of vitamins and minerals and every other claim is pretty much unproven.

    I just recently had to quit black tea, I drank several cups a day, liptons original black teas in bag. I love it but my body seems to dislike caffeine. I just now started drinking raspberry tea as a substitute for black tea and, well no it really does not taste like black tea at all:p. Maybe I have to add more leaves (Its loose leaves). But then it will taste too much of green wet herbs/grass:/
