I already take Ginger tea and dandelion root tea. Also liquorice root tea.
This is awesome 😎 I already drink 2 of these teas ❤
@@Lucida1818peppermint tea is great for its own reasons and uses, but they’re definitely different! For balancing hormones, you want to go with spearmint tea specifically
im so glad you brought up androgen dominance. i was concerned if i had high levels of both estrogen and androgen. thank you for bringing it up ^-^
I just found your wonderful channel! Thank you! Just subscribed!!! 🙌🏼
Very helpful thank you!
It’s weird how most doctors don’t tell you this info. Thank you for educating us 🎉I can certainly appreciate it and I can honestly say that up to recently I had never heard of it before 🤔
yes to tea for combating the effects of estrogen dominance!
just this morning, i am feeling the headache as my period ends, and boom... a cup of tea with ginger solved it.
Thankfully you’re the real deal!!
Thank you so much for these videos, they are so helpful 🙏🏼💕
so good to hear!
Use loose leaf teas! The teabags all have micro plastics in them that cause estrogen dominance ❤Also hot honey is a neurotoxin
your mother in law was right. lol. the combination of ginger, turmeric, and black pepper work well together.
Needed to see this video 🤲 Ase
I keep all these herbs in my home at all times
Another great video so informative. Of the 4 teas you mentioned are there any we could combine? Like maybe have one cup of one type in the morning then another in the evening. Any recommendations on combinations that work well of the 4 teas mentioned?
I am so happy to see the video you posted. I have a question, please. I'm 54, yrs old. I feel tired all the time after I got my 2 doses of Pfizer vaccine all my energy and strength gone ikd why. If anything You can help me with your home remedies please help me.

Great video! is spearmint the same as peppermint?
I love dandelion root tea!! I drink it with or without honey.
me too!!
Any suggestions on Endometrial Hyperplasia?
Honey help as well, or is just for sweetener?
Very informative ! I have estrogen dominance so do you recommend drinking all these teas everyday? Thank you
no - i’d say pick one or two and aim for 3 cups total per day
Is dandelion tea safe for those who have seasonal allergies?
Im actually growing fresh ginger so when harvest comes I'll give fresh ginger tea a try. Thanks for sharing all this info.
you are welcome
are these tea good for drinking while taking tamoxifen?
Can you boil all those teas in one big pot
what about tofu soy? i had thyroidcancer ,I have no thyroid.i eat tofu one or 2 packages a day? is it dangerous? When I eat tofu I feel aler awake,Can it get cancer back?can eat work levaxin medication that i must eat every day to live
I have been drinking tea more often I want the estrogen to break down the estrogen enough. I had breast Cancer I found out last year. So I have increased my tea intake. I quit drinking diet soda. I quit drinking it last year. I don't drink carbinated drinks anymore. I think that is why I got Cancer because of too much body fat. I use to be really thin back in my twenties I use to weigh in the double digits. I would love to lose about at least 30 lbs. Then I would weigh in the 130s.
i read recently raspberry leaf tea is not good for woman with fibroids, so im confused
I have read that it acts like estrogen in body so confused too ( might be why not good for fibroids as fibroids caused by estrogen).
I started taking it and it has dramatically improved my period. My cycle is far less heavy and painful. I'm not sure what its effects on fibroids are, but I took DIM prior to the tea, and I had the worst bleeding and clotting I've ever had. So, from my experience, I would say red raspberry leaf tea decreases estrogen, and DIM increases it.
I would stay away from it. I recently went through estrogen fed breast cancer and it was on a list of supplements to avoid provided by the edmonton cross cancer Institute. I had previously drank bags of it for painful periods.
This is the first I have heard that estrogen dominance causes high androgens and insulin resistance. I have all of these and did not know the estrogen was the problem. I have upped my prometrium to 300mg a night. Do you have any other suggestions to reduce estrogen dominance besides the teas? Also could you cite any references / resources for this? Thank you for the video!
Dim and calsium d glucarate supplement
Ginger is too warming for me, as is black pepper and tumeric. Any of this things cause me to have bad stomach pain.
I'll tell you this if you been bleeding for months even years and the gynecologist doesn't want to do anything for you but put you on birth control pills and it makes it worse! Word of advice go to an oncologist gynecologist to make sure your not headed for endometrium cancer. And maybe you have to check with a endocrinologist so they can find why hormone not working properly.
Weight loss if you know you're carrying around to much pounds!.
Estrogen dominance can lead to cancer, don't let them fool you by feeding your body more Estrogen thur birth control it teaches and tricks your pituitary not to produce progesterone which is needed to keep your endometrium from getting to thick and causing cells to grow abnormally (cancer).
I totally agree!
What made me get uterine Cancer was when they did radio active iodine to my thyroid. They made it hypothyroid and after that is when I had the heavy bleeding. I had first stage uterine Cancer. I won't take any of their hormones. The only thing I'm stuck on is thyroid medication because of them making me hypothyroid. But I will not take any hormones like ERT or HRT none of those. I would rather stick with the teas. They are more healthy. I do it enough to reduce swelling & to reduce estrogen. Also another thing that can reduce it is weight loss & excercise.
What about chaste berry tea to increase progesterone, should that help with estrogen dominance as well? 1 tsp of the loose herb in hot water daily?
yes it can
How can we implement teas, if you have been diagnosed with anemia?
Use heme iron and to ensure it use is away from the tea by a couple hours. I'm someone who recovered from anemia and still used all the things they tell you not to. It's only true with non heme iron.
Take green tea I also used to be anemic and green tea with molasses the dark organic molasses helped me a lot.
Is spearmint tea the same as peppermint tea ?
No
(◠‿・)-☆ (◠‿・)-☆ (◠‿・)-☆ CoachTaz Always thank ou for the headsUp!!! I been doing the Flaxseed powder religiously for the last 4 months. I didn't know about the Ginger thing-and I have tons of it in my kitchen but again and again Thank you!!!! our a diamond!!!
How about Dong Qui?
love dong quai
A quick google search says that dong qui may act like estrogen.
Hello Dr Taz! I am struggling with estrogen dominance, I used to do seed cycling but when I started testing my estrogen, it was off the chart!!! Way high!!!
Then I found out that flex seeds are very high in estrogen so I stopped the seed cycling, Do you think that it had anything to do with the estrogen dominance? Also , I found out that cows milk is estrogen rich as well ( even my organic, grass fed, raw milk) I stopped drinking that too, I am drinking about a cup of kefir a day that’s all the dairy I am consuming right now. So my question is, can flex seeds raise my estrogen and make it worse? Thank you so much 😊
Flaxseeds are rich of phytoestrogens, which is the good type of estrogen and balances the estrogen in our body. Flaxseeds is also rich in omega 3!!
Yes don't take
It will give you multiple fibroids
All dairy is a product of lactation and super high in estrogen, this includes milk, cheese, yogurt, ice-cream, kefir etc.
You are right it gave me multiple fibroids
💗
Is it safe for men to take to block estrogen, but not testosterone?
yes as long as it is being monitored
What helps pmdd I have it before period for 10days before and it’s horrible. Do you recommend anything
Vitex and Dong Quai help
Tincture and pills forms are available
I am also doing DIM 400mg to metabolize estros and it's working marvelously
I pray you feel better
I went through that for decades doctors didn't know what was wrong with me
just be patient with your body and take things slow and you will feel better with a lot of patience, love and focus on yourself that stuff is no joke
Would Peppermint tea be similar to spearmint tea?
