I do have more energy than in the past when I’ve started my day with coffee. I also noticed I’ve been getting tired and falling asleep earlier in the night (but that could just be because of Daylight savings).

Miss LLB, Don't despair! There are multiple ways to consume ACV, other than her way. One to one & a half tablespoons in a bottle/glass (16 ounces) of water makes it more tolerable. Been doing it for years. It's good cold too (use cold water instead of room temp.). In a blender, drop 1 whole peeled lemon with about 16 ounces of water and blend for 3 minutes. If you add your TBSP. of ACV to the lemon water, the lemon cuts the vinegary taste. Easy peasy! This is just two of many ways to ingest the ACV. Drink in small sips. If you think it's too strong, just add more water to your liking. 😊

Coffee is NOT the only way to stimulate a bowel movement! Hot drinks, period, usually get things moving on an empty stomach. Movement/exercise helps too. Beets and spinach are very energizing! Natural form, juice, in a smoothie, etc. Just stay away from the heavy carbs (cake, cookies, donuts, pancakes, muffins, lots of sugar, etc.) in order to be alert and energetic. Go for some fruit! i have heard of drinking apple cider in the morning as a routine, but my concerns are regarding ph levels, the reason i mention ph level is that we have different ph levels for different areas of our body and cannot mess with that being that our bodies adapt, and it closes the valve of the stomach so they stomach does not release acid, continuing with apple cider may have bad effects over time, because our bodies are adaptive. I have these concerns, as a doctor what would you say to that, asking as an advice, i understand that these steps are for 3 days, but most people recommend using this every day, I am trying to do detox due to inflammation.
It all sounds good but I can't have rice cakes. Not because of the rice though. I know because I can tolerate cooked rice. Also I have yoghurt for breakfast not protein powders. Is thos alright? How do I improve my intolerances to be able to do any cleanse? 🎉
I eat everything right every day and I walk every day but I can't lose any weight. I'm 40. When I was 30 I gave birth to twins which gave me insulin resistance and lots of visceral fat. I haven't been able to get rid of any of it. It sucks. Even the massage therapist said my upper back is congested and the lymph not moving. Oh well, I'm doing my best.
You can also try to do fresh green juice fast for about a week. Try doing castor oil packs at night and oil pull first thing in the morning. Do this for a week or 2. After a day or 2 you'll see the difference in your movements.
I had friend that was having that problem she started taking milk thistle with dandelion root and turmeric curcumin with bioperine and eating healthy within two weeks you could tell a huge difference

Acid reflux is actually a LACK of stomach acid, and I have heard acv can help with that. You could try 1 tsp in a cup of hot water and some honey.

I tried the ACV for 6 weeks and got 2 vaginal yeast infections. My gyn said it was the change in ph due to the ACV😩 I SO wanted this strategy to work!

Many people simply start the day with warm lemon water if they don’t like the apple cider vinegar.

i have heard of drinking apple cider in the morning as a routine, but my concerns are regarding ph levels, the reason i mention ph level is that we have different ph levels for different areas of our body and cannot mess with that being that our bodies adapt, and it closes the valve of the stomach so they stomach does not release acid, continuing with apple cider may have bad effects over time, because our bodies are adaptive. I have these concerns, as a doctor what would you say to that, asking as an advice, i understand that these steps are for 3 days, but most people recommend using this every day, I am trying to do detox due to inflammation.

It all sounds good but I can't have rice cakes. Not because of the rice though. I know because I can tolerate cooked rice. Also I have yoghurt for breakfast not protein powders. Is thos alright? How do I improve my intolerances to be able to do any cleanse? 🎉

I eat everything right every day and I walk every day but I can't lose any weight. I'm 40. When I was 30 I gave birth to twins which gave me insulin resistance and lots of visceral fat. I haven't been able to get rid of any of it. It sucks. Even the massage therapist said my upper back is congested and the lymph not moving. Oh well, I'm doing my best.
Could be your liver is sluggish. Do a liver detox before trying to lise weight.

You can also try to do fresh green juice fast for about a week. Try doing castor oil packs at night and oil pull first thing in the morning. Do this for a week or 2. After a day or 2 you'll see the difference in your movements.

I had friend that was having that problem she started taking milk thistle with dandelion root and turmeric curcumin with bioperine and eating healthy within two weeks you could tell a huge difference
Should you avoid coffee and black teas completely during detox days?
