    Drink warm water with juice of one fresh lemon, intermittent fasting, OMAD, workout daily for the last 43 years, no carbs except in vegetables and some fruits, turkey, salmon, eggs and cottage cheese for protein...I am 73 ❤😂

    I eat ground fresh ginger root in lemon and vinegar that i make about a 10 day supply and eat 2 big tablespoons a day. Makes my tummy happy, and hudes the vinegar, and simetimes chase it wirh pineapple juice. Pineapple and ginger, yum! I used it for inflammation.

    I’m on Day 3 now and while the ACV drink is the most unpleasant part, I def feel like this detox routine has been effective. I do have more energy than in the past when I’ve started my day with coffee. I also noticed I’ve been getting tired and falling asleep earlier in the night (but that could just be because of Daylight savings).

      ​@@tkeyahjnobaptiste982.Try to mix it with honey, the honey will protect the stomach lining and aid the good bacteria in the apple cider vinegar by feeding them. It's form the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammed ( May Allah's Praise and Peace be upon Him).
      This literally saved my life as I had severe anima and my gut was not absorbing the iron tablets and I was on blood transfer several times . I went from a 5.5 in blood percent to 11 percent in a couple of month.
      I took 1 tablespoon of honey and mixed it well with 1 tablespoon of ACV, then I added cold water to the glass and drank it. If you taste more of the acid in the drink add more honey since you have reflux.
      Also take 7 seeds of the black cumin seeds every morning as its a guard against all illnesses. This is also a part of the profetic medicine of Prophet Muhammad (May Allah's Praise and Peace be upon Him).

      Acid reflux is actually a LACK of stomach acid, and I have heard acv can help with that. You could try 1 tsp in a cup of hot water and some honey.

    Definitely coffee after my lemon water. I take breakfast much later sometimes not.i tried to drink at least 1 liter water for the day as i drink a lot of coffee in between.

    I love this and really want to detox, I went out and got everything. First thing I did in the morning was made the acv water, took one sip, and not exaggerating but I threw up so bad 😂😭 gonna stick with the tea

      Miss LLB,
      Don't despair! There are multiple ways to consume ACV, other than her way. One to one & a half tablespoons in a bottle/glass (16 ounces) of water makes it more tolerable. Been doing it for years. It's good cold too (use cold water instead of room temp.). In a blender, drop 1 whole peeled lemon with about 16 ounces of water and blend for 3 minutes. If you add your TBSP. of ACV to the lemon water, the lemon cuts the vinegary taste. Easy peasy! This is just two of many ways to ingest the ACV. Drink in small sips. If you think it's too strong, just add more water to your liking. 😊

    Wow❤️! It is amazing what can be found in Search, when there is a dire need. You are absolutely lovely! I’ve only watched this Detox Segment. Feel like I’m 29, but reality I’m not. I need to make serious changes regards to my health. I am struggling with this chapter in my life. I’ve undergone many surgeries considering and suffered from the effects of and reactions to the medications. Needless to say, GOD spared my life and my Angels carried me thru. I want 2024 to be the beginning of a Whole New World for me! I desire to become the Best Version of Myself! It starts with altering my habits and finding a Peaceful Balance in everyday living. I’m a year late from your post…why comment? Tossing it into the Void, committing to Compassionate Change, so I may live, adventure, and be free from health burdens I have control over.     Dr. Mark Hyman says that it's better to do the detox for 10 days because it takes the body that long to cleanse.

      It probably is better to do 10 days but I think she is trying to get people to "start somewhere". For some, 3 days may be doable but 10 seems daunting so they do nothing. Baby steps!

      use a little bit of warm water and a little bit of cold water but a little bit more warm water then cold water the thing with cold water is when it touches the warm water it becomes a bit warmer then when it was cold water so in short use a bit if warm water and a little bit of cold water but not hot water only warm water

    I tried the ACV for 6 weeks and got 2 vaginal yeast infections. My gyn said it was the change in ph due to the ACV😩 I SO wanted this strategy to work!

    When my daughter was diagnosed with Biliary Atresia I dug so much into liver research. Tried so hard to find a way to avoid putting her through a liver transplant. One thing that actually started to help her secrete bile after her Kasai procedure believe it or not was a food grade Frankincense Essential Oil. I wonder if this would also help detoxify? Thoughts?

    I just started today. If you squeez a lemon and throw it in the vinegar water it really helps take away the bite of the vinegar. Anyways I was wondering if this is good to do for a week then add in fish or turkey with the veggies? I’m trying to cut fat but keep muscle then add on more muscle. if you go longer things get more complex? Also is this healthy just do to as a daily routine or should you give the body breaks with detoxing non stop?

    In regards to the ACV, instead of 1 tablespoon in water, can I go less like a teaspoon if I am not used to it. Can it be store bought apple cider vinegar or does it have to be a certain brand?

    Thanks for this video doc. I have a question, if you will please. For some people, without coffee, they cant wake up and be alert, plus they wont be able to empty the bowels without it. What do you suggest as a replacement for coffee?

      Coffee is NOT the only way to stimulate a bowel movement! Hot drinks, period, usually get things moving on an empty stomach. Movement/exercise helps too.
      Beets and spinach are very energizing! Natural form, juice, in a smoothie, etc. Just stay away from the heavy carbs (cake, cookies, donuts, pancakes, muffins, lots of sugar, etc.) in order to be alert and energetic. Go for some fruit! Blessings to you!

    People are used to cleanse the body externally as an essential part of the morning routine, but far more important will be the internal body cleansing, this by taking enemas in a regular manner or by swallowing 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil, for in this manner you will not only be able to cleanse your intestines completely but further the human body from all the toxins deposed there via the liver too.

    Suggestions on probiotics? I feel like after reading about it. The pills lose their good qualities from temperature changes and shipping. Kombucha seems good for digestion, but I feel like there’s a lot of sugar?

    Does it matter the amount of water you add to the Apple cider vinegar ?

    i have heard of drinking apple cider in the morning as a routine, but my concerns are regarding ph levels, the reason i mention ph level is that we have different ph levels for different areas of our body and cannot mess with that being that our bodies adapt, and it closes the valve of the stomach so they stomach does not release acid, continuing with apple cider may have bad effects over time, because our bodies are adaptive. I have these concerns, as a doctor what would you say to that, asking as an advice, i understand that these steps are for 3 days, but most people recommend using this every day, I am trying to do detox due to inflammation.

    Rice cakes on their own are high on the glycemic index.

    It all sounds good but I can't have rice cakes. Not because of the rice though. I know because I can tolerate cooked rice. Also I have yoghurt for breakfast not protein powders. Is thos alright? How do I improve my intolerances to be able to do any cleanse? 🎉

      ​@@DrTazMDAll grains contain gluten. Rice is a grain, and although the amount is small, it does contain gluten.

    I eat everything right every day and I walk every day but I can't lose any weight. I'm 40. When I was 30 I gave birth to twins which gave me insulin resistance and lots of visceral fat. I haven't been able to get rid of any of it. It sucks. Even the massage therapist said my upper back is congested and the lymph not moving. Oh well, I'm doing my best.

      Could be your liver is sluggish. Do a liver detox before trying to lise weight.

      You can also try to do fresh green juice fast for about a week. Try doing castor oil packs at night and oil pull first thing in the morning. Do this for a week or 2. After a day or 2 you'll see the difference in your movements.

      I had friend that was having that problem she started taking milk thistle with dandelion root and turmeric curcumin with bioperine and eating healthy within two weeks you could tell a huge difference
