Went out and bought this chair and ran into the same issue as everyone where the back poles are too long. Would have trimmed them and moved on but the bottom pole receptacles are completely unreinforced and were visibly worn after assembling ONCE. Poor quality control and poor design.
Hey Engi! That’s tough man, I haven’t had that. The poles are a very tight fit by design to give the backrest full support. If yours was defective definitely take advantage of NEMOs excellent warranty.

I’m Canadian , is the lifetime warranty good for Canadians even if I ordering it from there US based website?
