We own these same chairs and love them. They are expensive, but they are in a class all of their own. Extremely well-built. We like the ability to recline (or not), the ability to rock (or not), and the fact that the way the chair hangs, the ground does not have to be level. Also, when we leave the campsite for a time, we can easily remove the chair and stow it out of sight, and leave the frame where it is. We do find tucking it back in the case is a bit of a challenge though. We stow ours underneath the front dinette seat (in a 2020 T@B 400). We bought ours when Moosejaw had them on sale for 25% off.
Clear, concise and informative video. You answered all of my questions. Yes, it’s expensive, but you are paying for a well designed product made with quality materials and quite honestly something that is unique in camping chairs. If you’re going to sit around a fire, this is the chair to do it in. Thanks for the video.
I love how compactly the chair folds up and a company that thinks about the user with its details. Plus, it is so lightweight! Thanks for the step by step setup and instructional tutorial!

Recently purchased 2 of these chairs from REI when they had a co-op members discount. Tried them last weekend for the first time and LOVE them. Worth every penny we spent on them--so comfortable. I sat in mine for several hours with my laptop doing some work (wasn't able to completely get away from the work responsibilities, but could enjoy the outdoors while I did it), and it was wonderful. Enjoyed reclining and looking at the stars in the evening and enjoying the campfire. We were impressed by your review, Pat, and so glad we took your advice and purchased them--the big camp chairs have been removed from our camping gear and replaced with these--we couldn't be happier with them. Thanks for the recommendation.
YEAH!! So glad you love them. We love them too. I sometimes joke with Patty that we could still return them and she always says "Absolutely NOT!" They are just so comfortable, easy to assemble and work so well space wise for us when packed away.
Between you all, Randi, Sc00th, Hatch61 abd Two Tired Teachers I am kept up to date with product rolling in. I bet I win the Amazon delivery award! 🤣😙🤗👐 thanks so much and I've got the chairs on my list along with a trailer. I will have all the suppies ready for the trailer. Thank you for sharing.
Just got one for Christmas! We had to rewatch the video to get it back in the case. 🤦🏼♀️. All is well and we look forward to using it. Thanks for clear instructions and the top to get one!
Great review! We bought one this summer, at your recommendation. Took it up north the the cottage and it was a hit. Almost every time I came outside, someone was in it. But they always gave it up to me. Great family! And as I tried it out in the living room, I fell asleep. It is surprising how easy it is go get out of it. REI carries them or maybe one of the smaller ones. So try it out! Thanks Patty and Patrick.
A really big thank You for this demonstration I was wondering how it would set up and repack. I have purchased several camp chairs and just plain can’t get comfortable. So I wanted to sit in this first before I buy it. I thought about REI to try it out. I am saving your video in case I do like it. Then I will purchase it on your link.
We tested a lot of them too. We did find comfortable ones for a lot less money but they tended to be big and bulky. We wanted ones that folded down to a manageable size.
Good review and ‘how to’ video. You answered all of my questions, too. Looks perfect for relaxed reading. I like the size, weight, and the rocking. The shot corded pieces are awesome.
You had me until I saw the price on Amazon. Wow! I about fell out of my comfy $50 office chair. I have no doubt it's well made, comfortable, compact, and everything else but I just can't justify that amount for one chair. Thanks for the review. Maybe I'll win one someday! ha
They are definitely pricey! When I first saw the price I said absolutely no way. A week later we still hadn't used our old chairs on the trip so I decided to give it a try. We are glad we did.
Those chairs look temptingly comfortable, but Brie might have trouble getting in and out. She likes to be the same as us. 🙃 Safe travels! Have a fun time at the next campout.
We really like them. It took me about a week to finally convince myself to spend the money. Now I’m really glad we did. I think they will lady a really long time.
That chair looks so comfortable. We bought small chairs this year but they were so hard to put together we stopped using them - maybe this is a solution
Your video was very helpful for putting mine back into the case. Anything that arrives with ties and tape to fit it for shipping isn't going to go back easily and for me, that's the case here. I enjoyed it on my terrace in NYC for almost 2 hours. I'm usually not comfortable enough to be out there that long. Hey there I've been trying to find this chair and really want one. I live in Canada and need some device on where I can order one. Would you be able to recommend a good trust worthy place? Thank you 😊

I feel like the chair is supportive on the lower back. Especially compared to other bag chairs. I’ve taken several naps in it and have never felt like I needed to get up due to my back hurting. I don’t think we’re on the Canadian Amazon site. REI also carries them over if you have them in Canada.

They're like $60 for a knock off on Amazon. I would put money on the fact that they come out of the same Chinese factory. If you want, I can order one, draw some cool branding on it and sell it to you for $220. I will even give you a 1 year warrantee with a no questions asked replacement garantee up to one time.

The product we reviewed is the Nemo Stargazer Deluxe that sells for over $200 from reputable retailers like REI. $220 camping chair with no armrest or cup holders. Who in their right mind would buy this?
It has a place on both sides for your arm and has a sewn in cup holder. Are we in our “right mind”? Never claimed to be! LOL

We paid $219 and they have been worth every cent to us.

A foreign company stole our thumbnail photo and have been using it illegally to sell their knockoff chairs. Because they are not located in the US, there is not much recourse for us in terms of them using our photo.
Understood I apologize bottom line don't buy from JIERFIT!!!! buy it from REI
Waaaaaaaaaaay too overpriced!
Good review. Thank you.
