AC Unity had good animations guys... The parkour system itself was heavily flawed. People mistake cool animations for good gameplay (Unity only looks good on short video clips, where the person had to rerecord it like 5 times because you don't have precise control in what Arno does)
Just wished that we had young Altair's face whenever this outfit was used. Weird how no one has done a modded playthrough of something like that yet. Mirage made me want AC1 in modern consoles much more.
Revelations parkour is amazing, especially the stealth and combat I loved being able to rollover an enemies back and flip him onto the ground with the hookblade! Your gameplay is awesome man! Also nice reshade the colors are so vibrant 👌💯
I miss when AC used to be a step of revolution by each game, like the first 4 games. Altair's parkour was very slow, which he had to scale the building with both of his hands, and he can't do other assassination except the direct on-ground ones and air assassination (with very minimal ones) It's got heavily updated with each Ezio game with the stealth, parkour, and combat, each with its own revolutionary additions. It's not like the newer titles, like Black Flag/Rogue is less fluid than AC3, so does Syndicate are much more restrictive than Unity
If anything AC3-Rogue we’re a lot more fluid than the previous games. Also, how was Unity restrictive. I can understand Syndicate, but Unity? You were probably bad at the parkour
@@JFVideos960 I mean compared to. Black Flag/Rogue is less fluid than AC3, so does Syndicate are much more restrictive than Unity. My bad for the fault at wording
If you're talking about animations, you're right, but I reckon that the true core of player based parkour was in AC2-ACR. The method of controlling Ezio was much more clearer that that one of Unity, if you get ACU fixes, then most of the parkour inconsistencies can be fixed.
@@ACreedNE Sounds like a skill issue to me. I'd know, I'm not that skilled in Unity myself yet as I too get control issues from time to time. But watch pro's do it, they know exactly what they're doing. AC Revelations you have more control but the parkour and snap points are generally simpler too. In Unity they are more complex, but then in Origins and Odyssey it's too snappy again.
Terrible game terrible parkour terrible story what a waste of the beautiful city of Istanbul they had to produce such a shit game not only that the main character isn’t even Turkish only way to redeem that is to make a rpg map like they did for origins, odyssey, Valhalla and mirage and make it the whole of turkey with Turkish history and characters only thing ac is lacking not the parkour the parkour is pretty much the same in every game
@@marcelkuchta4075 thats not the point though everything about that game was wrong the fighting I didn’t mention was also so terrible waste of a game in a beautiful city we just need a update
Thank God you said this as peak and not Unity
Ah a fellow man of culture I see
I think they both have their pro's and cons' story wise though you cant beat the ezio trilogy
@@RelaxedRealmsYT agree
A neat little thing I noticed is when you use the Altaïr outfit, his voice changes.
Yeah that's a great little detail. Just weird how he still has Ezio's face
It must be a bug
I think this is something that is present only in the eng dub, because when I play with the Italian voices it's still Ezio's
Is that a mod?
@@sanjayraju988 no a bug

Yeah it's so wierd seeing old Ezio's face in this outfit. If I remember I might see if I can find one for a future video
I want an AC1 remake so bad!

Yeah it's up there as one of my favourites. Thank you dude! Yeah I always do a bit of colour correction on these videos
Yep, I'm revisiting Revelations.
Have fun it's still an amzing game. The whole Ezio trilogy still holds up
@ACreedNE Thanks. Indeed it does.

Roger craig smith is the goat.
Everything up until Unity is pure Ac anything after (syndicate, origins, etc) are either garbage or alright games but not assassins creed lol
I'd make the argument Origins & Mirage still count as AC games. But I understand your point
Parkour Peak is AC Unity ,No compition

Ac Unity just looks better. In practice you don't had complete control over your movements. This is what they perfected in the Ezio trilogy
@@ACreedNEThe Ezio games’ parkour is just incredibly snappy and boring though

assassin's creed valhalla parkour is better (i'm joking)
