Looks great, for my taste less cheese and either no hot sauce or a different kind like I would use a medium salsa not saracha. This is elevated tuna mac which I used to make more often a long time ago, now I make it now and then... but I will try adding shredded cheese and salsa the next time I make this, that sounds like a great combination.
