    I tried this recipe and loved the unique way you prepared it! The Chia Pudding recipes were delicious and so easy to make. I made them for my family members, and they liked it a lot. It's great to have a healthy dessert option that's also satisfying.
    One more thing, I made it with True Elements Basil seeds, and it turned out amazing. The addition of basil seeds added a nice texture and flavor to the pudding. Thank you for sharing these easy and healthy recipes!

    Soak cashew nuts for 15-20 minutes and blend it with water in the blender to make cashew milk for the pudding. On a container add
    • 2 cups of cashew milk
    • 2 tbs kaakvi or maple syrup and stir
    • 1/3 of a cup or (7 tbs) of chia seeds and stir well (avoid using honey in cold food) then leave it in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, take it out of the fridge.
    • Take 4-5 cardamom seeds and crush them then remove the skin and grind the rest to a fine powder. Freshly grind cardamon gives it a better flavor. Now you can assemble it. In a cup…
    • add 1 tbsp of some chopped mangos and
    • sprinkle it with some fine grinded cardamon
    • top the t with some chia pudding and sprinkle some cardamon
    • add 1 tsp finely crushed cashews and top it with some mangos and keep repeating the same steps and lastly the rest of the mangos on top with a sprinkle of some cardamon powder and some finely crushed cashews on top.
    For this chia pudding you can use any types of fruits that you love to assemble your chia pudding.
    Banana chocolate chia pudding
    • Pour your chia pudding in a bowl
    • Add 1 ½ tsp of cacao powder on top
    • ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and give it a stir.
    • 1 tbs of Kaakvi also known as liquid jaggery (optional) or use maple syrup, coconut sugar
    • 1 tbs raw cacao nips (optional) and stir. Now to assemble it. Use the fruit of your choice. In this one we will use chopped banana.
    • Place some bananas in the bowl.
    • Add the chia chocolate pudding on top
    • Place some more bananas and add some chia chocolate pudding on top and keep repeating the layering until you have your last layering with the fruit of your choice on top. For an added crunch
    • Add some crushed walnuts on top

    I prepared and had this for breakfast today.. only cashew milk tasted so bad even with sweetener..but with overnight chia pudding its so good. Although I couldn’t chop mangoes as gracefully as you haha. Thankyou for the recipe Mam. This will be my staple breakfast from now on for sure!!!!

    At the moment I do eat Chia pudding I do use the ready-made Almond milk.
    Whoever I am going to try make my own Almond milk.

    These puddings were out of the world, all the puddings that I have tried till now don't stand a place in front of your recipe. I recently tried my hand on the recipe using chia seeds from True Elements and trust me I didn't want them to finish ever. Thank you so much for the recipe
