Hey, thank you. Totally get it. I have a 2024 now and the stock 35 on my tremor look great from the side but the wheel design is not great and the tires are 11. They just look to thin. Imo. Buying 35/12.5R20 and see how that goes. Great video and ty for sharing. Very informative.
I've had my 22 Tremor for a few months. Recently had about 16' of snow. The stock Goodyears are good, not enough difference to spend the money on some 3 peaks. When they wear I will go for Open Range AT 3 Peak rated.
Good to go, the stock tires had great traction. My stick Goodyears are 3peak. I think all 20 and 21 Tremors has 3 peak Goodyears. From what I hear, the 22 Goodyears are not 3 peak. The issue I had was how they tracked on the hwy on my truck. so I pulled them early to sell. Leveling the truck out with a Carli kit… just waiting for the kit to ship. Cheers and happy new year.
Thanks so much for this video! I will hopefully get a 2023, I was debating 0 vs. +18 wheels, and this video made my mind up on +18. I like the tucked in look. I also want to do carli commuter... hopefully it doesn’t rub on the radius arms or else I may have to spend more and get the Carli radius arms
Thanks for the comment! Ya, i think you will be good when you put the commuter system on. The right side barely touches the radius arm when you turn full right now. And I mean barely. Just waiting on my torsion swaybar to arrive so I can install my backcountry kit on the truck! After that we’ll see how it rides but I’m not worried about rubbing. Cheers!
Are you going to upgrade the brakes aswell more rolling mass. They may be just fine I'm impressed with how my truck stops. One thing I don't like a lot of brake dust on the wheels I may upgrade to better pads. Looking forward to seeing the finished product.
Brakes are working great right now and after I did some heavy stopping tests but I agree with you, the dust is horrible. Will be swapping the pads out with a different pad. Probably going to do within a year.
@@tcr2237 yea I hate to change something that works. But I will start looking for the best replacement pads and use the rotors until they need replacement.

Great video and awesome truck. Thank you for sharing. I have a 2021 Tremor with a leveling kit. Time for new tires. Falken Wildpeaks are my favorite as well. Had them on two previous trucks. Never spun in the rain. So, Falkens are the tire, just debating on 35s or 37s. Same price right now too. 37s look better, I just don't want any rubbing at all. You think I'll be good? Thanks! Btw, I'm in central TN.
Awesome, I agree. Love them Falken tires. 37” will fit with minor trimming, just need to remove the plastic piece on front fender (rear part) and cut the tab off. Then reinstall the plastic piece. They won’t rub with a stock height tremor with Falkens and +18 wheels. It filled out nicely and they run smoother then the 35”. Good luck and cheers TN neighbor.
Do you still have the stock suspension on the truck? If not, did you raise the back any? I'd like to get a measurement from the wheel well to the ground (from the profile line on the fender to the ground). I have a stock, non-tremor F250 FX4, but I'm moving to a 3" rear block (supposedly the tremor height block, from PMF). I'm also doing a PMF front level (2.5" lift progressive springs/1.5 on a 2017 but 2.5 on ours), and want to predict the overall height of the truck before and after on 37X12.5's. (I tow a 5th wheel camper, so want to make sure I'm not too nose high, about level right now before the block and tire swap). Thanks!
Putting the Carli kit on this weekend. Keeping the rear stock tremor height. Will get some measurements for ya in my next video. Been running the 37s and have had no issue towing. I slugged around a gooseneck and also a 14k trailer with absolutely no issues. From what I have seen, the 2.5” lift In the front on a tremor still rakes a little bit lower in the front.
@@matthewlramsey they do for sure. But they really do push the limit in my opinion. They are just a little too big for the wheel well, get 2 mpg less and cost more… that being said, they roll over everything with ease. Smooth as hell. Your call on that one! 😂. You know what I picked…
you are right. I don’t know where I got that number. Been using that for years now on HD trucks… guess I’ll go back a swing the wrench a bit more on the tires from now on.
Is the tremor suspension okay? I see people buying the tremor package and switching out the suspension shocks for Carli’s and I’m wondering if it’s better to just get a plain f250 if that’s the case
It’s great for HD uses. The truck right now (stock suspension) rides softer then the 2019 Chevy 2500 diesel we have. Even though it is Strait axle. The main reason is tire size. Also, Tremor package comes with LS front end, more drive modes and beefed up rear end for towing. I would say it does nothing perfect but is way more well rounded then a base truck. I’m not sure if I would buy the tremor again though. Will know more once I swap the suspension to Carli.
So how has the truck performed with the 37's? Any drivability, shifting, or power issues with the slightly larger tires? Want to get the 37's on mine, but interested to hear your experience so far. I'm going with the Method 705's.
No issues that I feel (except minor rubbing). Power delivery seems to be the same. Zero transmission shifting issues. Drives way better then stock Tremor tires. Way better. Though I had major issues with my Goodyears. These tire transformed this truck. With how much tires cost now, I wouldn’t experiment with any other tire when the time comes up for new ones. I’ll be getting the same tires. Can’t go wrong with Method 705s. Love those wheels. Still waiting on my sway bar… Come on Carli!

I have them sitting in my shop, will find out after I level her out with the 3.5 Carli kit… but ya, they will not fit. I did not go aggressive with the offset foe that reason. Can’t stand mud on the truck just for a look.
