I loved the whole presentation, but just wanted to point out that it could've been better if the video was uploaded with 60fps since that would've shown how buttery smooth the recorded gameplay footage was : D
Hey, I literally just got my Aver media capture card but im having audio issues with my headset. Connecting it to my ps5. Would u be cool for a one on one over the phone. And I can Cashapp you for your time.
i cant get the 144hz of my monitor on the passthroug, you did something special or just plug the capture and set? in my case only 4k@120 is max available,
What’s the setup that your running? Monitor, console or PC, etc. I didn’t have to do anything in the settings. It just recognized the refresh rate and resolution. Also, my monitor (BenQ MOBIUZ EX2710U) caps at 4K/120Hz through HDMI. It supports 4K/144Hz over DisplayPort. So double check your monitor to see if it does 144Hz over HDMI
@@Tech_HD1 pc , ryzen 9 5950x Radeon rx 7900 xtx Monitor gigabyte MC32U 144hz 4k Dual PC setup I tried to capture to second pc y connect in the usb c port
So looking at the specs of the monitor, it claims that it does support 4K/144Hz over HDMI 2.1 so that's strange to see that it's limiting you at 120Hz. The specs for the PC, is that for your gaming pc or your streaming pc, or do both have the same specs?
That would mean that the port that you’re using is not fast enough to handle the resolutions and frame rate. Make sure it’s a USB 3.2 Gen 2 port. Every motherboard and the way that they show which ports are the fastest are different. Mine USB ports are Red and USB C ports are typically 3.2 Gen 2. So if it’s Blue, it’s most likely just a regular USB 3.0 Port but it’s not fast enough
Not really the best HDMI 2.1 capture card on the market... Hence, I'd rather wait & buy flagship internal PCIe HDMI 2.1 capture card from Elgato in 2024.

Fair point lol. I appreciate the feedback. Will do that with the other 2x capture cards that AverMedia sent over 😏😉
Hey can you hear alerts from your pc streaming ? Or do you know solve way for that if I stream from ps5

Hı dude
Can i use With Macbook Air M2 ?
Yeah it should be compatible for Mac & Windows
Yes, but capture only 4K 30 fps.
So it cannot capture 4K 120? It’s only pass through?
Correct
I don't see any power port? Is it getting power from the USB C connector?
Correct
@@Tech_HD1 Thank you for the confirmation.
@@clarkss12No Problem :)

As of right now, it’s one of the few out there. No clue when Elgato will release their version 🤷♂️
