Such a great product.....and then they spoil it all with RGB !!! Only joking......judging by your review this is a great bit of kit (TM Rick H) giving the user some high resolutions coupled with some awesome frame rates. Some canny game captures there.....now I know why you were downloading FC6 the other day. Thanks Mike and Kath.
from your end does the footage look much better? I know with games and YT compression it is hard to say sometimes, but i really think this looks a lot sharper
@@mikesunboxing I cranked the resolution up to 1440p and yes the footage looked great, especially the MS Flight Simulator footage, that was especially detailed !

the magewell is a different beast, they are both leaders in their category. magewell is more for pro level capture of one or more sources,, but limited to either 1080p 60 or 4k 24 or 30. the avermedia raises the frequency bar very high, but due to bandwidth limitations it is only a single source

I have a question im getting a new build going from intel to amd i was wondering hpw you uninstall windows 10 and windows 10 boot from motherboard on m.2 hardrive and start clean on a flashdrive and just start windows 10 let me know i cant find anywhere

Hello, do you know if having this capture card will solve problem with obs stutter. I just have one pc and 4k tv with 120hz and vrr but my games runs at 90-100fps so when i record video on obs it makes video stuttering because of out of sync frames, but when i cap my games to 60fps I don't have video stutter anymore... I heard its VRR problem with obs...I want smooth video and want to play on more than 60fps but my videos to be 60 fps What should i do? How you manage to record 120 fps games without stutter? Thanks a lot in advance!

yes it will but slightly limited frame rates at the moment macOS 13 / 14 or later
