I had to put a little bit of oil/lube on the basepad channel, otherwise it was challenging to slide it in but eventually it did. Great fitment! Very precise.
I don't really have a reason to own a Macro in my state, but I have toyed with the idea of cutting down the module for XL mags. Then you have a rail, but you still have a nice concealable package. It would also be nice to see Wilson come out with a module.
I got one. The Sig Sauer P365 XMacro TACOPS 17+1 is truly the finest. What surprised the most is how accurate it is. I installed a Vortex Defender CCW 6 MOA, which made it a tack driver. I am extremely happy with it.
Mine won't be here until Monday, but just from initial photos the +2 does look substantially longer and more difficult to conceal as a "default" basepad. I know you said there was no plan to make an aluminum pad that fits the magwell and I'm sure you have enough on the design schedule, but if there ever were time to develop another one, a pad that gave the grip of the XM-12 would be so much more preferable compared to the stock Sig pad that gets nearly lost inside a magwell. I am definitely looking forward to the +4 for a backup and nightstand mag though!

Any chance you guys will be making your own complete polymer grip modules for the 365 and 365xl with full length dust covers and built-in picatinny rails? I can’t afford 300-400 bucks for the metal ones from Icarus, or Mischief Machine and the others companies that make em 😢

Well damn. I bought your +2 base (+4 was sold out) and it doesn’t work with Icarus precision ACE x-macro grip. It hangs up on front sides because the Icarus grip comes in slightly and then widens out.
my 21rd base pads have been horribly unreliable even after purchasing the stronger spring. I have issues if i try to load anything past 19rds. my 19rd base pad has been a champ with the stock spring. cant recommend the 21rd base plates for anything other than a paperweight, switched back to stock base pad.
That is an OEM X Macro lower, standard p356 slide size (seems to have a Norsso slide) it also seems to be a Parker Mountain Machine Barrel and Comp set up - this flush compensated options is getting really popular - i am in the process of building one right now, but i am building mine with the Strike Industries P365 slide. This is the only video on youtube where the person has the OEM Xmacro lower and not an Icarus Precision one... so far.
Anything over 19 jams in my +4 every single time. Tried your tip about sanding and no considerable improvement. Not happy with it. Not worth adding 1.5" to the grip for +2.
The most I can fit in the plus 4 is 19 any thing more then that the feeder gets stuck every single time and the power spring dosnt even sit on the adapter to hold it in place 1/10 do not recommend
What do you mean? You mean a different manual safety than what you already have available? You can for sure use a manual safety with the Macro if you wanted to.
I can’t speak to anything else but the +4 is a piece of junk. The follower always catches, file it down, but a better power spring, none of it works. Even if I could get it to work I would NEVER trust it to keep me safe
Got one to try and I totally agree. Follower catches EVERYTIME when using the plus power spring they provide. With stock spring it doesn't catch as but u lose spring power and slide lock out on final round. Disappointing product. Will be contacting them to see what they recommend.

Lightly sanded points on plastic mag piece at top of spring. It stopped it catching at bottom, but now it won't stay locked open when empty

The tartan tactical spring is only $4 and is much stiffer and can be snipped if needed. We are working on springs in the future

It's not a micro pistol. It's a full. Size for small-medium hands. The grip is almost the same as a glock 45/17.
That's why it's called the XMacro and not the XMicro.
