    I have experienced the handshake where my hand feels so weak small and limp. Its soulcrushing😂. I ended up in the barhroom curled up in a fetusposition, and no amount of scrubbing could clean me. Today Im a broken hobo living in the streets, selling my weak disgusting body to fat perverts. I know its sad, but I was of course just kidding. I DO know the feeling of being traumatized by big whoppers😂

      Yes it really takes a toll on your hands and make them stronger quickly. But unless you frequently climb pinchy routes, I would still advice in doing some thumb exercises.

These muscles help to generate power and control your punches. Additionally, holding and maneuvering boxing gloves during training sessions can also provide resistance and further engage the muscles in your hands.
