      Dude, Bones are made out of osteoblasts(bone-forming cells) which secrete an inorganic chemical called Hydroxyapatite which is actually a crystal that gives your bones rigidity and hardness. Bones can't grow in length but they can increase in the width which just means they can grow. You can learn about bone remodeling anywhere on the internet.
      They're actually in two ways your bones can grow longitudinal growth which is when your bones increase in length and they do this because at the opposite ends they have a region called epiphyseal plate which is made out of cartilage(made out of chondrocytes which are cells) but as your grow old and hit puberty that is when that area gets ossified by the bone that's made out of osteoblasts
      Now as you see bone can't increase in length because of the loss of chondrocytes but for appositional growth you just need your osteoblasts. You can learn more about it anywhere on the internet.

      @abdulmueedsaleh2007 Год назад +5

      @aminox185gd7 yea but it really depends on the targeted muscle... for instance, the neutral grip will indeed give it more girth, because of working the middle of the forearm muscle, while reverse and straight will target a more specific muscle group. I'd say to target all 3, especially since they all have their individual strength and aesthetician benefits

    You actually probably can make your wrists bigger. Bones can grow in size to accommodate for muscle growth and usage. This one arm wrestlers right arm is longer because he trains it so much. I think if you train supination and pronation of the palm (the muscle right at your wrist) it's possible to make your wrist bigger. Also if you found a way to train your actual hand muscles this could help because they are attached to the wrist and if they continue to grow your bone might need to grow to accommodate the increased muscle size and give them some leverage to attach to and pull on.

      @aaronsavage8018 11 месяцев назад +5

      @@Subiwu you do know that every decade the skeletal structure adjusts and remodels itself right? Even though bones stop growing in length in early adulthood, they can continue to increase in thickness or diameter throughout life in response to stress from increased muscle activity or to weight. The increase in diameter is called appositional growth.

If you’re just starting out, I’ve heard people say you should stick to full body for a few months, before branching off into more advanced splits. Somehow it helps develop your overall strength better. When I first started I did 3 days a week of machine chest press, lat pulldowns, Tricep push downs and leg extensions (3x4-8 for each). I saw really good progress within the first few months.
