Dude, Bones are made out of osteoblasts(bone-forming cells) which secrete an inorganic chemical called Hydroxyapatite which is actually a crystal that gives your bones rigidity and hardness. Bones can't grow in length but they can increase in the width which just means they can grow. You can learn about bone remodeling anywhere on the internet. They're actually in two ways your bones can grow longitudinal growth which is when your bones increase in length and they do this because at the opposite ends they have a region called epiphyseal plate which is made out of cartilage(made out of chondrocytes which are cells) but as your grow old and hit puberty that is when that area gets ossified by the bone that's made out of osteoblasts Now as you see bone can't increase in length because of the loss of chondrocytes but for appositional growth you just need your osteoblasts. You can learn more about it anywhere on the internet.
@aminox185gd7 yea but it really depends on the targeted muscle... for instance, the neutral grip will indeed give it more girth, because of working the middle of the forearm muscle, while reverse and straight will target a more specific muscle group. I'd say to target all 3, especially since they all have their individual strength and aesthetician benefits
You actually probably can make your wrists bigger. Bones can grow in size to accommodate for muscle growth and usage. This one arm wrestlers right arm is longer because he trains it so much. I think if you train supination and pronation of the palm (the muscle right at your wrist) it's possible to make your wrist bigger. Also if you found a way to train your actual hand muscles this could help because they are attached to the wrist and if they continue to grow your bone might need to grow to accommodate the increased muscle size and give them some leverage to attach to and pull on.
@@aaronsavage8018 Density and strength. Not -mass- . Bone size is genetic based and u can’t grow ur bones longer, or thicker with any exercise or diet.
@@Subiwu you do know that every decade the skeletal structure adjusts and remodels itself right? Even though bones stop growing in length in early adulthood, they can continue to increase in thickness or diameter throughout life in response to stress from increased muscle activity or to weight. The increase in diameter is called appositional growth.
Push pull legs is a really solid one. 6 days a week, 1 rest day. So, on day 1 do push, day 2 you pull, and day 3 you do legs. Take a rest day and repeat.
@@zjwood that’s awesome, they should be pretty similar, except you prob get better recovery on your upper body. That’s pretty smart. If you’re just starting out, I’ve heard people say you should stick to full body for a few months, before branching off into more advanced splits. Somehow it helps develop your overall strength better. When I first started I did 3 days a week of machine chest press, lat pulldowns, Tricep push downs and leg extensions (3x4-8 for each). I saw really good progress within the first few months.
Don't sleep on grip strength trainers! You can build a habit of doing constant reps even when watching shows or doing any activity that only requires one hand😏 I call it 'harvest the parm and pump the arm'
I’ve been doing pull ups for years and my wrists and forearms are extremely small. Idk if it’s cuz like I’m not holding on properly or it’s cuz I’m too young. My back is really developed though. I can do like 20 pull ups in one go
Why you use grams with pounds instead of grams with kilograms 😭 if you already use grams should be normal to use kg. (btw 1g per pound is more then 2.2 grams per kg, research made with kg says from 1.5 up to 2 g per kg, so it's wrong tip, wrong dosage)
i swear to god this technologies are kinda scaring me i have not searched nor watched anything related to my form arms and yes my forearms are indeed very thin and this video show up outta no where
I actually made my wrist thicker. I just trained arm wrestling and did things like cupping and for some reason now my right wrist is 2cm bigger than my left since I just trained right but it still seems really thin though?
you can make bones bigger its called wolfs law theres a reason why your dominant hand is bigger than your non dominant hand same goes for the wrist on the dominant hand its bigger because it gets used more and goes through more pressure and tension so it gets bigger by exercising and doing grip exercises it will make it bigger
Guys it's also about testosterone because people with high testosterone have increased growth which in turn makes the bone thicker so try to increase your testosterone.

Help me please
pull ups and chin ups work very well
Neutral grip pull up for the win ( dont forget to hold the bars tight, non false grip)

For female what can i do to make my palm bigber
1 gram of protein per pound of lean muscle e.g. if you have 200 pounds and 20% bodyfat, you dont need 200 grams, you need only 160
Thank you

Bones can’t grow. Ur wrists have nerves and a tiny bit of muscle which can grow

Yo dalati I am 12 years old and like can you make a vid of workout for young people
You can make them bigger, gain weight.
1 Gram per pound is way too much for bulking

Skinny wrist make your forarms wayyyy bigger
Personal experience the right cloths can also help

Can you recommend good calves exercises?
1.4-2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight* divide your weight by 2.2 and that’s how many kilos you weigh

Best forearm exercises in order, do all of them:
Farmers walks
Deadhangs
Hammer Curls
Reverse Curls
Wrist curls/extensions
Playing drums
Something for really fat thighs? Other than squats?
Calorie deficit + cardio. I’m facing the exact same thing right now.
Quick Question Mate, In my Routine, I take a bath right after my work out. So will a cold shower kill my gains?
