    I use concrete, you put your hand in when it's wet, then after it dries you start your workout. My little sister still uses rice, though.

    • @bajeebus-j2p
      @bajeebus-j2p 4 месяца назад

      Your hand is smaller when you don’t workout, but genetics play the biggest role
      Lots of people have big hands, lots of people have small hands. Been that way since way back in human evolution
      But if you challenge your hands they’ll be stronger and larger-to your point this will make your hands larger-just not massive hands relative to your forearms (unless your genetics do that)
      There’s never been a time when all men worked out their hands a lot-there are a lot of different jobs even in very small villages
      This guy’s hands are this large relative to his forearm because that’s his genetics. The workouts grow his musculature more-but they don’t make his bones bigger
      It’s easy to see in our society. 2 dudes that grow up together, do the same kinds of things and same kind of work. Yet one is 6’5 with extra large and extra rough skin hands and the other is 5’6 with extra small hands
