Your hand is smaller when you don’t workout, but genetics play the biggest role Lots of people have big hands, lots of people have small hands. Been that way since way back in human evolution But if you challenge your hands they’ll be stronger and larger-to your point this will make your hands larger-just not massive hands relative to your forearms (unless your genetics do that) There’s never been a time when all men worked out their hands a lot-there are a lot of different jobs even in very small villages This guy’s hands are this large relative to his forearm because that’s his genetics. The workouts grow his musculature more-but they don’t make his bones bigger It’s easy to see in our society. 2 dudes that grow up together, do the same kinds of things and same kind of work. Yet one is 6’5 with extra large and extra rough skin hands and the other is 5’6 with extra small hands

I don't arm wrestle but have carpal tunnel, using rubber bands without much effect, just staving off disability by keeping the nerve tunnel open by slightly working out the negatives. This video gives me hope I can truly start to reform my hand. Off to buy some rice.

that is a good exercise for the joints and tendons of the hands and forearms, I use that but with sand, the sand is finer but heavier, especially if you moisten it a little bit👌
