    I think one of the guys in the comments talking about manual labor actually made a valid point. Regardless of how people think. I think he just came about it the wrong way in how he made the comment. Idk so much about digging, but im sure of this, sledge hammers and doing tree chops with an axe. Or doing pinch grips with bricks. May just be some of the more optimal ways of training for getting more muscular hands, wrists, and forearms. People are quick to hate on new ways of training, but look at fighters that utilize these to train. All of them have defined forearms and have great grip strength, which is necessary for grappling.

    • @201_armwrestling
      @201_armwrestling  3 года назад +10

      Not sure if it is worth the money but from all the grippers out there this one is pretty useful. Especially if you buy the pinch modules. But we have it part of our club equipment. Grippers are not a priority for armwrestling (especially strong, expensive ones). So if you don't have the basic armwrestling equipment I wouldn't worry about this gripper. I would just buy the light cheap one.

    • @201_armwrestling
      @201_armwrestling  2 года назад +4

      No problem! It is just more easy to make people understand as not all have these concepts. So at least with isometrics you can multiply with 9.8 to get the force output in Newtons. Of course with spring machines you can't really say but it is the equivalent force of that amount on kg exerted with gravitational acceleration.
