Heavy cream and Whipping Cream is it both the same?
Can you have it instantly once prepared or does it need to be refrigerated fir some period before consuming it.
Hello Carolyn! Once all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, you can have it. If you like it chilled, you can serve it over ice cubes. Thanks for watching! Cheers :)
Can you use cooking chocolate instead of chocolate syrup or cocoa powder?
Hello Nadine, thanks for watching! While I never used cooking chocolate for this recipe, I don't see why you cannot. It would have to be melted however, and due to the different levels of sweetness of cooking chocolate types, you may have to add additional sweetener. In addition, if the melted chocolate is too thick, you may want to increase the cream slightly in the recipe. Thanks! Cheers :)
Hey Sanjay
Lovely 👏🏼
I will definitely give it a try.
It is indeed a great gifting idea for special occasions.
Will revert soon with the results, which i am sure will be ✌️

@@SanjayaCookery You're welcome, pleasure. Lovely channel. Many thanks.x
Amazing
Do we need to keep the bottle in the fridge later???
Why can't I use evaporated milk as I have relatives and friends with diabetes
It is so so so unfair for people who are unable to consume sugar. Plz plz plz help.
I have the same problem, i will try it. And use erythrit instead of sugar.
Hello Dorothy, agreed! If you are using evaporated milk, I would add your preferred sugar substitute. Thanks for watching!
Add a shotvof Bailey's to your coffee 🎉
Absolutely delicious with coffee! Cheers :)
You are great,Man!🎉
I made this about 12 yrs ago.
Nice! Cheers :)
It will split back into its constituent parts within hours. The alcohol and cream will separate because Baileys goes through a homogenisation process.
Thank you, Internet Expert. This is not true as I have personally stored and used this without any problem. Thanks for your concern!
Thanks for receip, I like Baileys so bad !
My pleasure 😊It's delicious! Cheers
How to store it and what's it's shelf life?
Can i add Bacardi??? Can I add Indian whiskey?
Absolutely! It will still be delicious. Thanks for watching, cheers :)
Do you have any idea how long this lasts in a fridge?
Thanks for watching. The alcohol content helps give it some length. I've had no problems keeping it in the refrigerator for 4-8 weeks. Have a great week. Cheers :)
Could you tell me how much whiskey n cream u have used…
Hello! Thanks for watching. Here is a printable recipe for it: www.sanjayacookery.com/foodbev/homemade-baileys-irish-cream

How long will this last on the fridge before going bad?
Thanks for watching. The alcohol content helps give it some length. I've had no problems keeping it in the refrigerator for 4-8 weeks. Have a great week. Cheers :)
I’m just wondering how long this can last in the fridge?
Thanks for watching. The alcohol content helps give it some length. I've had no problems keeping it in the refrigerator for 4-8 weeks. Have a great week. Cheers :)
Can you use liqueur whiskey instead of coffee
You certainly can... that sounds like a fun experiment! You'll just need to be mindful about any changes to the thickness of the final product. Thanks for watching!
Baileys does get mixed with coffee often, but Baileys does not contain any coffee. I do not know why every YT video and blog all use the exact same recipe, and includes coffee. 😎
No quantities given for ingredients
I left a link to the recipe in the description. See if the amount you used is similar to what I used. But if it's not showing up in your browser, here is the recipe:

Thanks for watching and I hope you have a great day!! Cheers :)
Great video and informative:-)... what's the shelf life?
Hello! Many thanks for watching.. I really appreciate it! While the commercial Baileys product uses stabilizers/preservatives to keep it shelf-stable at room temperature, this is more of a "fresh" product. And so, I always store it in the fridge. The alcohol content helps give it some length. I've had no problems keeping it in the refrigerator for 4-8 weeks. Hope you have a great New Year. Cheers! :)
WHICH WHISKY YOU USED?IT'S NOT WRITTEN IN THE DESCRIPTION.
I used Powers Irish Whiskey. However, you don't have to use that! Just use a mild flavored whiskey that won't intrude on the other flavors (I would avoid a smoky Scotch or an oaky Bourbon). Cheers :)
Great video!
Thank you so much for the kind words and many thanks for watching! Cheers :)
how many days can we keep it
Did you ever mix brandy and bayleys
Good combination!! Cheers and thanks for watching, Jason! :)

Forget your Irish Cream. Check out the Scottish Athol Brose. It will drag your IC down an alley, beat the snot out of it and steal its wallet. Athol Brose is absolutely sensational by comparison. IC is really nice, no arguments but AB is way WAY top shelf in comparison.
Hello! Thanks for the tip! Atholl Brose sounds very intriguing... I may have to try that as a project during the holidays! Cheers :)
I love your video, I’m a subscriber ❤
Thank you so much for the kind comment! You certainly made my day :)
Cheers and hope you have a fantastic weekend!
Why omit the amounts of the ingredients? I understand everyone will put their spin but the basic foundation from which to start from would be very helpful.
Hello John! Thanks for watching. It wasn't omitted, there was a link in the video description for a printable recipe: www.sanjayacookery.com/foodbev/homemade-baileys-irish-cream

Haha, indeed! It can be a dangerous drink! Cheers :)
There are other brands available apart from Baileys. Amarula is delicious, comes from Africa and, supports the wild elephants.
Thanks, Jenny! I will be on the lookout for Amarula! Cheers :)
