The reason why you found shinies belongings to trainers is because you edited the shiny odds. Which for some unknown reason. Disables the shiny lock on trainer pokemon.

Nope, theoretically, if patterz was lucky enough every single trainer could have a full team of shinies, its VERY VERY unlikely, but possible, because when you change the shiny odds by messing with the code, sometimes trainer pokemon become shinyable (idk if there's a better term)

I think I know why the Clefairy and Golbat was shiny it's because he boosted the shiny odds. When the shiny odds get boosted trainers Pokemon can be shiny.

Honestly, who cares if u boost the shiny odds or use revives/items in battle? This is just a run for fun after all (plus most people dont have the time to hunt 1/8192 odds shinies) Edit: I typed the wrong odds, oops
It's mostly shiny hunters that are annoyed, as not just halving the odds, but making them a 16th of the original odds kinda removes the challenge. Half the fun with shiny only is the amount of patience it requires, and the feeling you get when you accomplish such a monumental task. This here is just a step away from just giving yourself a full team of shiny pokemon at the start of the game.
Then do the shiny only run with no increase method lol. You can't degrade someone on how they want to play the game. Method or not shiny had it's own value so if you love wasting your life sitting in a corner finding a shiny pokemon then fine but dont judge others for playing however they want.
