For the start of the National Holiday in China I went to Huanghuacheng, one of the less popular sections of the Great Wall in China. It has gorgeous lake views and there are no crowds of people!!

Putting this section on my list! I thought I was done with the Great Wall but now I'm thinking I need to see this section. Jinshanling was my fave so far - also empty when I was there.

This amazing! Like soaring on the tops of mountains. I'm glad this section isn't as popular or known because too many tourists would destroy a crumbling but still beautiful section.
