    2 years later and i still do this the day after a game, currently 35 years old and still keeping up with the young kids (sometimes even outpacing them) and it's all thanks to your mobility and flexibility routines, cheers man!

    “If you can get hands, great. If you can get head, even better” - out of context Tom Merrick. In all seriousness thank you so much for this, I know it’s meant for soccer but I use it for hockey and it’s dramatically reduced my pulls and strains especially in my lower body.

      Pretty much every routine he puts out is beneficial :)... cycling one focuses on a lot of the same rounded shoulder issues you'd experience sitting at a desk all day.

    i have started to do this routine alongside your hip mobility workout. Honestly helping me so much. easy to follow along and well presented.

    COVID HAD ME GAMING CRAZY, had stopped training and doing yoga. chair every day for 7+ hours. In the process of getting my body right again and what a time to come across a football focused video! tight everywhere and its created some real problems. Lets see if your routines can save me again!

    Hey Tom might there be time to do an updated and longer runner's routine? That would be great.
    Love your channel but I always have to actively think which stretches to avoid when I'm watching a routine. The hamstring stretches you do don't seem to exist in the same universe as my hamstrings haha. Love all the hip and knee work though, keep it up.

    First of all, I love this channel ! you are great and I'm improving a lot with your videos. I'd like to see a stretching routine for high kicks and side kicks in martial arts! that would be really useful :-) .

    Hi Tom. I absolutely love this routine and do it 2-3 times a week in between matches and training. Alongside your hamstring and general flexibility and mobility routines.
    If you are taking requests and thinking of new follow alongs, a surfing one would be great! 🏄‍♂️

    I realize that you are a young man but how about a flexibility routine for those of us who are over 60 (I'm 64) but still in good shape (I do your follow alongs religiously). I do the flexibility routines but some are fairly hard for these old joints and muscles.

    What to do I have poping and cracking sound in shoulder😭 guys I takes 2sec of strecth and then pop sound comes when I raise my hand in over head position is this serious problem
