Love your channel but I always have to actively think which stretches to avoid when I'm watching a routine. The hamstring stretches you do don't seem to exist in the same universe as my hamstrings haha. Love all the hip and knee work though, keep it up.

I realize that you are a young man but how about a flexibility routine for those of us who are over 60 (I'm 64) but still in good shape (I do your follow alongs religiously). I do the flexibility routines but some are fairly hard for these old joints and muscles.

Can u do this for Olympic handball as well? Got issues with my shoulders and back. But legs and groin are important as well, would be interesting to see what u are up to!
What to do I have poping and cracking sound in shoulder😭 guys I takes 2sec of strecth and then pop sound comes when I raise my hand in over head position is this serious problem
