Can someone help me, I entered the code and was able to use the add ons, but when I went to play again the next day, all the stuff I downloaded wasn’t available and I couldn’t use spawn, terminator or any other skin anymore

What if the code I interned is not valid in my region? That’s the problem I’m having. I’m in the US and bought MK11 Ultimate (with redeem code inside sleeve to access to expansion pack) and when I input the code, it says, “this code is invalid for your region”??? Has anyone else experience this? Very frustrating for me. I spent $50 for this.

@@prisonmike3605 it was never resolved on my end. Told Amazon the problem, and they refunded my money. I just went to GameStop and bought the copy-problem solved. Such a bummer man. Sorry your going through this too

I used code for warriors skin pack but i cant see skins, does some1 know what should i do?i installed it but do i have to do something else?
Go to local fight menu then tournaments and when selecting a character you'll see all them skins
So if you want everything on the disc wait for the PS4 version!
I got the PS4 ultimate version of this but it still came with a code what is it for

@@prisonmike3605 yeah mortal kombat 11 ultimate is region locked to United Kingdom so I just created a PSN account for tht region and redeem the code and everything came up for download then I enabled cross share and offline play on the PS5 to play the expansion on my main account

I did the redeem before I insert the disc and just gave me the full game download. The disc was not needed lol. Guess I can trade in the disc or sell it for a different game
