- Restore Licenses PS4 Guide If Your Downloadable Content Isn't Working Quick Fix. In this video I am going to show you a step by step Guide to get your Downloadable Content that you got from the PSN Playstation Store to Work In Game. Once you go through the PSN Playstation Store and check your individual Downloads and make sure they are Installed but not Working. Go To Restore Licenses and this should fix any errors in the Downloading or Install Process.

Games I know that might have an Issue with this is Call Of Duty Modern Warfare, Mortal Kombat 11, MK11 Aftermath.
Go to your game on the ps bar and let the dropdown menu come down and then go to addons and from there click on the addons and then the arrows maybe it still needs to copy once that is all done then restore the license. I hope this helps. If your new here smash that sub button and come rock with me

Hey jack, I've restored licenses multiple times and my shao Kahn's still wont install, it says it cant find the application, even though I have the game downloaded, I've restored licenses, deactivated and activated as primary ps4, and even deleted him and redownload but nothing works, could you help me out please?
Mines say “Estimated time until Available: Unavailable” for every game mode except for local and tournament 😔

I can confirm this does not always work. I pre-ordered Kombat Pack 2, and now it wants me to purchase it again. It automatically downloaded the new characters on my PS4, which never happened before (always had to go to the store and "purchase for free" the included content). Now I can't download the new characters on my PS5 because it thinks I haven't purchased the pack for some reason. Restoring my licenses is doing nothing.
Does it need an extra disk or something? I can't do it at all. Please help me. I'm new here.😢🙏🏼

Do you think you can help me? Hehe Mortal Kombat hasn’t be loading for me. I log in and none of my crystals or coins aren’t loading,I can still use all my dlcs and skins, just not any towers,premium shop,online and krypt. Are the servers down again?

First, I top up a voucher code and go to buy the MK11 pack that includes milenna, RoboCop spawn and anything. But when I go try to install, it's says this application is not found, try to go see PS4 store something like that, but when I go click OK, it's bring me to time crystal which is useless, Didn't help me out. My region is in Malaysia btw, and this problem keeps repeating, even when I follow your steps on this video.. please help me.. I already top up many money and can't bring myself to see that it's entirely wasted.. Thank you! This worked for me. I bought the aftermath bundle that included the main game & I couldn’t play part 2 of the story the next day I couldn’t even reinstall from playstation store it said “unavailable”. They need to address this.

Hey my story modes not working do you know what's wrong
So I have the disc version of the game, and I bought Aftermath from the PStore and after 6 hours of downloading it said ready to install. When I click start it then says the application cannot be found and that there’s an error. It would then says to find the application in the PStore, and it would take me to the Aftermath page and say Purchased. It wouldn’t say anything about downloading it, and I’ve been calling the PS4 Center and they won’t answer my calls. It would also sometimes take me to MK11 in the PStore but I already have MK11, so it’s wanting me to buy it even though I already have a physical copy of the game. After doing what you said it still wouldn’t install, and I even deleted and reinstalled MK11 and it still wouldn’t work. Keep in mind I have the disc version of the game. Please help!

Hi! so i purchased the mortal kombat pack 2 and it was added to my downloads. i go to my downloads and i see “waiting to install” so i pressed “start” and it said it couldn’t find the application. i deleted the downloads and reinstalled them and it still didn’t work. i restored my licenses almost a thousand times and for some reason it still isn’t working. can you please give me tips on how i can get them added and installed into my game? i also forgot to mention i have mortal kombat as a disk.
lol the restore licenses dosent work for me and me alone as a cherry on top the your add on thing isint there im done with this dlc shit and its also saying content cannot be selected at this time ive looked up 50 tutorials regarding this but its all fruitless im doing my last attempt before rage quiting rn like before i break something

What system? If on playstation try going to the store and re-download that way. I know mortal kombat is very weird when it comes to this

Hello my problem is a little different, I downloaded the whole mk11 ultimate game and add ons through the ps4 store and all the characters downloaded and are usable so are the game modes, I can't see the extra skins anywhere though even though it says they downloaded on my notifications, hope you can help, thanks

I'm currently having a similar issue with MK 11 Ultimate Edition on PS5. I have all the dlc except for the klassic ninja skins. I have restore and deleted the game and nothing happens.

Try the restore licenses or go to the game dropdown menu and then to the right where it shows add ons and then go to that and from there see what it says about the aftermath bundle. Click it and then click the arrows it might need to still download and after that restore licenses. Hey man I had majority of the dlc characters. I get the ps5 version and now all I have is RoboCop, night wolf and sheeva idk why it's not giving me my character's. And it says I have to repurchase them even though I transferred my data guessing I have to just do what you did or just go back on my ps4
Try re-download from the store they should be labeled as free
Im having this problem also with the Bundle I went down to the drop screen on the game and went to my add ons but none of them was there but all of it was still in the notifications as “waiting to install” and when pressed it says “cannot find application” so I tried the restore license trick and it still doesn’t work mind giving me some help?

I bought the mk11 ultimate edition then I had everything then I deleted the game then re downloaded it and it said I had to buy all the add one again

I’m on ps4 and I bought MK11 pre owned from GameStop and when I downloaded it it said 20 minutes until story is available but then a error popped up I restarted the PlayStation and re started mortal Kombat and it said unavailable any ideas on what to do?
I bought The pack 1 of Mortal Kombat and it said I ordered a premium edition skin and not the pack 1 but if I go in my transaction history it says I bought The pack 1 and I can not download those characters that come with pack 1 even thoe I did not and the 30$ got wasted also it dose not show the Mortal Kombat Pack 1 anymore so I can not buy that pack no more how to fix this

What do I do if that doesn’t work? It says everything was installed, my internet connection was okay but it’s still not popping up. When I motion my arrow over Sindel or Sheva thier costumes change like I had them set but the game isn’t letting me touch them. It says they have to be downloaded. Every time I try it says “an error has occurred” or “This game is not available at this moment”. I saw in the comments you said something about Unistalling and Installing again. Will that mess anything up by chance?

What if it’s not working? I got dlc for dead by daylight and my scream dlc is saying “placement holder” where the picture is and it’s crashing each time I open the game saying dlc is corrupted

Try manually re-download them from the store they should all be for free

Hi! My ps4 says it’s installed however there is only few stuff. The add-on is meant to include 7 things but on my screen it only shows 3. This is the Batman Arkham knight game and I installed a DLC where it is meant to include at least 7 ar-challenges, on my screen it shows 3 of the ar challenges. What if I bought the Ultimate Edition but I still dont have all the DLCs?
On the game im playing the exact thing is happening with my DLC and i paid £40 for it and so i emailed PSN and the game company. They told me to restore my licenses and when i did that after restoring licenses it gave me an error code. Been tryna sort this for a week now helppppp!

Oh I went to the library and I have the disc and the dlc won’t go in but in the library it had it on the downloaded application of Mortal Kombat not for my disc files and in the game they don’t have anything in the store for the disc version only for the download version so should I get downloaded version do it would work or what and I’m definitely a new subscriber for you much love

I got MK11 from a sale on the PlayStation store, I got it for 15 bucks and it said it was Aftermath, I can go against the DLC in the towers but I can't play the expansion and I can't get the DLC

Did you go from a old console to a newer console? Or from one system to a different system?
