    I have to tell you, Mariel, I almost had a panic attack just now. When i typed the "girl" in summer girl, i added an extra "l" and your page didn't come up. I had to seriously consider how i was going to go on without your videos! Right now, I cycle through them a few times a week. i might have to...*gulp*... join a gym!
    Thanks for helping me get the summer bod i always wanted, at home! You're the best!

    Hello, I’m soon to be 57 this year! Came across your videos and fell in love! As Ive enjoyed exercising all my life, I’ve had to change it up as the years go by. I’m loving your routines, especially the barre and the booty videos! Keep them coming Summer girl... I’m loving you 😘

    WOW, just WOW! None of your workouts I have done have disappointed!! As a pre-emptive, pre-cheat-day Thanksgiving 2017 I completed this workout, in its ENTIRETY (no missed reps!!) today. WHAT a LEG KILLER! Thank you so much for sharing your time and all these wonderful barre workouts... HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

    I just found this workout today in search of barre workouts to add to my weekly routine. I loved it! You are so instructive and easy to follow. This hit so many muscle groups in just the right amount. I hope you will return and upload more in the future

    Great workout! I love how it works all the “problem areas” and I also love how the leg exercises you used have the added advantage of being good for the knees. This helps me because I have to be careful when I exercise because of my knees. I can already tell that I’m going to feel this tomorrow. Thanks again for making another barre workout!

    Just completed this workout, and it was really great! The lightest hand weights I have at home are 3 lbs. and I was crying for mercy towards the end of the arms section. :D Thank you.

    I have used this video for months and this week each time it gets to planks it goes off and political ads come on. Any reason for that .

    HI, how many times per week you rec to do this routine?

      The good thing with Barre is that it is low impact so easy on the joints and definitely doable a number of times during the week depending on your fitness level! If you are just starting out I would say aim for at least twice a week and then build up from there! 3-4 times a week i would say is great and then add some walks or other cardio and definitely a stretching day!

    Instructor needs to work on her form before putting a video on you tube... terrible core stability and slouching. Take pilates and get stronger before demonstrating to others! Yikes!
