I have to tell you, Mariel, I almost had a panic attack just now. When i typed the "girl" in summer girl, i added an extra "l" and your page didn't come up. I had to seriously consider how i was going to go on without your videos! Right now, I cycle through them a few times a week. i might have to...*gulp*... join a gym!

Great workout! I love how it works all the “problem areas” and I also love how the leg exercises you used have the added advantage of being good for the knees. This helps me because I have to be careful when I exercise because of my knees. I can already tell that I’m going to feel this tomorrow. Thanks again for making another barre workout!

Just completed this workout, and it was really great! The lightest hand weights I have at home are 3 lbs. and I was crying for mercy towards the end of the arms section. :D Thank you.

HI, how many times per week you rec to do this routine?
The good thing with Barre is that it is low impact so easy on the joints and definitely doable a number of times during the week depending on your fitness level! If you are just starting out I would say aim for at least twice a week and then build up from there! 3-4 times a week i would say is great and then add some walks or other cardio and definitely a stretching day!

Instructor needs to work on her form before putting a video on you tube... terrible core stability and slouching. Take pilates and get stronger before demonstrating to others! Yikes!
