Just did this at 7 months pregnant and it was great, thank you for the low impact options! I stopped when it go to the floor part but still was an excellent challenging workout.

This was great- a little bit of everything!! I'm 2 months pregnant with my second, so my workouts have been extra important to me lately in order to try and stay in shape while my body is changing so rapidly. I'm ready for a nap now though!

I've got to say I am obsessed with this workout! It is really unique and challenging. I always had a habit of sticking to mixed martial arts and hip hop. It is a nice switch up. I am only 15 minutes in and I'm sweating the most I have had working out before! Felt great that it gave you a nice stretch too. It was annoying though my ankle kept cracking every time I would crouch lol

Hi! Would you recommend barre workouts for somebody that's trying to lose weight?
Hi Cami! Barre is amazing to tone up and increase lean muscle as you diet to lose weight and make sure you are losing FAT and not muscle as you drop lbs. For that reason barre is great for weight loss! I would also pair it with lots of walking or other cardio as well as of course clean eating! If you just do cardio for weight loss people end up losing a lot of muscle in the process, and then not looking fit and toned. So keep up the barre workouts! : ) Hope that helped!

The exercise done at 40:20 - is there an alternative to this? I have an injured sacroiliac joint and it hurts a bit too much to attempt this :)
Standing ab exercises are amazing alternative! You could stand and lift one leg at a time up to your chest in a standing crunch. You will still target the lower abs but from a standing position!
These exercises leave me with dancer's body?
This workout tones lean muscle by using light weights and lots of repetition so does focus on creating more of that dancer body shape!
Can I get a printable version of this workout ?

I found this while looking for a cardio barre workout:
Pros: good total body and cardio workout. lots of leg work, fair amount of arm and core, good sprinkling of cardio thrown in.
Con: the music drove me crazy. It sounds like it was added in after the fact just to have music. It has nothing to do with the workout moves. I am one of those people who have to move with the beat when there's music playing, so that annoyed me.
Overall: good barre workout if you can get past the music!
Once you see results, it becomes an addiction.
