Hi Sushma. Tried making the rasmalai cookie. But the white chocolate ganache seized after adding the rasmalai milk. Then using a hand blender I blended it. But when I piped it ..it started flowing out of the cookies. Why? Where did I go wrong?
hi @SpicesNFlavours i made the semolina bread today .. does it make a difference in the texture of i mage the dough in a stand mixer...i made with hand so it was very very soft bread and today i made the dough in a stand mixer so the bread texture seems a little denser n dry

Why did u use double sheet and what can b done if rasmalai flavour is not available?
You can skip the rasmalai essence and double pan method ensures that the cookies do not brown or burn a lot from the bottom

Actually no it doesn't make any difference :)

The cookies never become soft after adding ganache. Think of bourbon or any cream biscuit for that sake.. there might be some error in making them
