    촉촉하고 담백한 우유 모닝빵을 만들었어요~
    손반죽을 거의 하지 않고 핸드믹서의 반죽 날을 이용해 쉽게 반죽해봤어요~
    핸드믹서 날로 반죽하려면 반죽이 묽은 편이여야 골고루 잘 섞이고 믹서에도 무리가 가지 않는 것 같아요~
    베이킹을 많이 하다보면 손목에 무리가 와서 빵을 만들때 손반죽 하기가 어려워 자주 하지 못하는데 핸드믹서로 1차로 어느정도 반죽을 하니 좋더라구요~
    반죽이 진 편이라 발효 전 덧가루를 뿌려가며 손으로 매끄럽게 마무리해주었는데 손에 버터를 바르고 작업하시면 조금 더 수월하답니다~
    많이 달거나 짜지 않고 담백해서 잼을 발라 우유와 함께 먹거나 반으로 갈라 속을 채워 먹어도 맛있을 것 같아요~

    ▶Mold size : 23cm
    ▶재료
    강력분 370g
    설탕 40g
    소금 5g
    드라이 이스트 6g
    달걀 1개
    무염버터 60g
    따뜻한 우유 240g
    달걀노른자 1개 + 우유 15g
    녹인 무염버터
    ▶레시피
    1. 강력분에 3개의 홈을 만들고 각각의 홈에 설탕, 소금, 드라이 이스트를 넣고 서로 닿지 않게 밀가루와 먼저 섞은 뒤 전체적으로 섞는다.
    2. 달걀, 무염버터, 따뜻한 우유를 넣고 섞은 뒤 매끄럽게 될 때까지 반죽한다.
    3. 식용유를 바른 볼에 반죽을 넣고 랩을 씌워 실온에서 (27~28도) 1시간 정도 발효한다.
    4. 발효된 반죽을 꾹 눌러 가스를 빼고 16개로 나눠 둥글린 뒤 랩을 덮어 실온에서 20분 정도 발효한다.
    5. 반죽을 둥글리며 가스를 빼고 동그랗게 모양을 잡아 오븐 팬에 팬닝한 뒤 랩을 덮어 실온에서 2배로 부풀 때까지 발효한다.
    6. 반죽 위에 달걀노른자와 우유 섞은 것을 바르고 170도 예열한 오븐에서 20분 정도 굽는다.
    7. 구운 빵 위에 녹인 무염버터를 발라 마무리한다.

    1 Egg
    60g Unsalted butter
    240g Warm milk
    1 Egg yolk + 15g Milk
    Melted unsalted butter

    Review after making this TWICE:
    Like I said, I’ve made this twice already and I loved results both times. Both times I did what the video said, almost exactly, except I used active dry yeast. A kitchen scale makes your life very easy! I do have to say that room temp for me (in the winter) wasn’t an ideal temperature for fermentation so I put it in front of our heater. I made it the first time in the summer and honestly just put it outside, which worked really well. Since my oven is in Fahrenheit, I ended up baking it at 335°F since I don’t have an option to do it at 338°F and I only had to bake it for one or two minutes longer than the 20 minutes directed in the video (though my oven is kind of weird, so you might want to watch yours closely). Also instead of brushing yolk & milk on top before baking, I mixed honey with a touch of water and brushed it on top, which adds just a little bit of sweetness, though it’s not as shiny in the end. I did everything else exactly as the video directed, with maybe 5 extra minutes of proofing in the winter (though I doubt it made much of a difference). Super fluffy bread that is just a little sweet! 10/10 I love this recipe. It’s relatively simple, just time consuming because of how long you need to wait. Super beginner friendly too, when I first made this in the summer, it was my first time making bread and I succeeded. Just take your time with the kneading and don’t be too aggressive.

    My review of this recipe:
    I made this recipe by hand, so I didn’t use an electric mixer. I had to add quite a bit more flour but I just added bit by bit each time and kneading it until it was soft and pillowy. This is the softest dough I’ve ever made! The recipe was simple but keep in mind, it can take quite a while because of the three separate proofings.
    I also didn’t make my bread into this shape. I divided it into three and formed them into rolls. Then I put the three rolled doughs into a standard bread tin. I baked it at the temperature in the video for almost 30 mins. The bread came out sooo tasty and buttery but the middle was very gummy and I had to discard it. I think the problem was 1) I didn’t let it cool and rest enough. Cool for bread for 2 hours or more! 2) since I made bigger rolls, the cooking time changed. Therefore I suggest if you are making a different shape, cook the bread for longer or at a slightly higher temperature.
    All in all, a delicious bread but I will be adjusting the recipe next time.

    Directions: Make spaces in flour and add sugar salt and yeast and mix, add egg, melted butter and so milk and mix (reduce milk if only hand kneading and put in only room temp butter), knead on the counter using flour and then place in a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap for an hour, punch out the gas and cut into 16 equal balls, then cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes, degas and reform into balls and put into a pan, then cover until it doubles (about 30 minutes) then brush with egg wash and bake for 20 minutes at 170°C, apply butter to the top when hot

      @@alinabeaman8252 noo the dough was really sticky at first, I started out with the handmixer and then I handkneaded it a little bit.
      I'm sure you can handknead it too haha, you just need some patience and a lot of flour/ oil

      hey! did you use active dry yeast or instant yeast? i was thinking active dry in my head but cooking tree added the yeast directly to the flour so ig instant yeast makes more sense? i literally have no baking skills lol

    I've made this recipe several times now and the rolls have always turned out so good! Everyone in my family enjoys eating with it and it's just so fluffy. I used a regular inexpensive mixer as well. You just have to be conscious of scrapping the mixer part.

    I just did double the recipe yesterday and I need to say: how SOFT and delicious it is! You must need to add a little bit more flour if you're doing it by hand but the result is the same and I made 35 little buns. The half of them were gone in 20 minutes because my family loved! And I showed the result to my friends and they were in disbelief that the softness could be achieved by a home-made bread (So I sent this video for them). 1st try for home-made bread and it was a success!     Si alguien latino ve esta receta dejaré mi experiencia:
    Es una gran receta 😲, el pan queda muy esponjoso. Eso si redoble las cantidades para que saliera más pan y fue un éxito. Reduje la cantidad de azúcar porque era demasiada para mi gusto. Pero es fantástico, así que la recomiendo para hacer en una tarde libre, porque hay que esperar que suba la masa 2 veces. Éxito en su preparación 🙌✨❤️.

    I just made these today and I'm eating them while eating them haha. They're sooo good man, easy to make as well. I sprinkled some white and black sesame seeds on top of them and they're even more tasteful. I recommend 10/10

      @@wagyu101 I used fresh yeast. You can use any type of yeast but you need to Google the conversation from the yeast they used in the video and the yeast you have (Ex: Instant yeast to dry yeast, fresh yeast yo dry yeast etc

    I thought this recipe was way too simple to be successful but OMG these are so good! They came out gooey and browned and delicious. 20 minutes was exactly right, and it was super quick and effortless to put together. Love love love!!

    I made milk bread using a Kitchen Aid stand mixer and a dough hook. It's still a sticky dough but I would rather have a sticky dough than a tough one. This recipe lends itself well to risen doughnuts too..

      I’ve tried it with both types now and they both work really well... the difference isn’t extreme. So should work with both. Good luck!

    Those look amazing!! And so addicting!! I’d have eaten as many as 5-7 of them. I gave up white sugar though, and I mostly stick with just fruits or natural sugars. I love your videos!!

    Thanks for sharing a beautiful recipe. I also have pain but in the fingers so I use a stand mixer with a dough hook. This recipe is so easy n the bread so fluffy. Can we also add a few bits of butter on top of the buns before putting in the oven after the egg wash. Thanks n take care.

    I’m making it rn but it’s not rising as it should my guess is because it’s to cold where I am so I just have to let it rest for longer than suggested but dang this is literally the softest dough I have ever felt it’s not hard to knead like the cream cheese rolls video that i followed

      I like the cream cheese better, barely cream cheese taste from it, but I always forget to buy cream cheese when it's finished, so I actually made the milk bread more often....
      They both very soft compare to what I can find in grocery stores in Canada, I love them both when they are fresh, but I like the cream cheese's texture better after taking it from the fridge (I usually store bread in fridge). I guess it's because I use the mixer so the milk bread has more liquid ingredients, and also the milk bread has more butter, which makes it denser than the other one. I want to try to make it by hands next time and see how it goes (cause he said I should use less milk if I make with hands:)).

    지난 주말에는 다른 유튜브 레시피로 만들었는데 처음 하는것치고는 성공적이었으나 조금 단듯한 느낌이었어요
    이 레시피는 설탕이 덜 들어가서 기대중이에요 팬에 발효중인데 좀더 작은 케이크팬인거같은데 걍 다 욱여 넣었어요ㅋㅋ 굽고와서 후기 남길게요
