and how much of a grandpa he is to groot
I know yondu is basically saving quill life by not delivering him to ego but if he knows what ego did why not sent quill back to earth ? Why keeping him around and it's not like ego will find him himself the guy practically doesn't care too much and only reach out quill after the event of first GOTG....

The ships crew must be heavy sleepers. They didn't wake up once even with a screaming rat thing, people yelling, dragging a desk on a metal floor, and removing some guy's toe with a wooden shiv (I assume Groot cut it off with his tendrils), or some guy talking two feat next to you.

As much as Rocket loves Groot, he knows that Yondu is being WAY too optimistic.
GOTG2 is underrated. This scene is so good. Not just funny but the "that ain't it" bit when he knows he was sent and why is so intense. This is a movie that works so well.
