90% of the time the EMPLOYER is the problem. Every employer on the planet blames their employees. It’s absolute joke. Until you all realize you’re the problem, nothing will change. EMPLOYERS ARE WRONG MORE OFTEN THAN THEY ARE RIGHT. Fix yourselves
Accountability. Responsibilities. Taking pride and ownership of what you do n how you do it. If the crew leader doesn't do what needs to be done the right way, find a new one.
Also as far as mowing 11-4. You have to tell them it dont pay to send your trucks out for that long. They should be out mowing 7-10 hrs a day if possible. Also like you said if you finish early you should start on the next days route in case it rains later that week
I would speak to them calmly. Dont go in like a house a fire. Be careful with just firing everybody, Because as im sure you know finding good help right now is a tall order. You dont want to cut off your nose to Spite your face i believe is the saying!
Without a motivated leader type on each crew you'll need to have a schedule for them each day of what to do to whatever time they need to work til. I've had this problem for 20 years here in Fl. It's difficult finding dedicated workers that aren't pill heads or drunks or just lazy. More work on you, but you can't be everywhere at once. Have them sign off on the schedule every day. Finding out after the fact from the customer is the worst.
It’s starts at the top! If attitude is piss poor up there it’ll trickle down. If you say “they probably heard my truck so they’re working now” that means you know there is slacking going on! Raise your expectations and hold guys accountable when they aren’t meeting them!
I’m wondering what you’ve done or you’re gonna do about the mowing crew and their screw ups. For someone to send you a letter expressing their disappointment in your business. I would fix that shit in a heartbeat. Nothing can ruin a company more than word of mouth. Nothing could help a business more than word of mouth. Seems you have a good relationship with your workers and that’s a good thing. A good boss is always good to have. When your guys respect them they will go to hell and back for them. That’s something I learned as a platoon sergeant in the army. You wear many hats and have many different characters to deal with. Love the channel and keep killing it with the videos.
Thank you for the kind words. The mowing crew has been running pretty good all things considered that last week and a half. Hopefully we are on the right track. Thanks for watching!
Set clear expectations in writing for the mowing crew. What is expected as far as maintaining equipment and the lawns. Document special requests for each property. Have them take a Before and After pic time stamped so you can see how long they were at each site. Incentives for no complaints or positive comments too. Just some ideas.
This guy will never catch up to victory! He’s not willing to put the work in with his guys. There is no comparison between Victory and this janky company. All this guy does is drive around and complain about his workers instead of being a leader. You can tell he’s not even grateful to be a business owner. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
You shouldn't have to babysit adult men that should know how to do the job. After giving them so many chances. Maybe consider a 3 day suspension without pay. And if that doesn't work fire them. Only problem with that is trying to replace them. Alot of people don't want to work anymore. You can't keep loosing customers because adult men can't do the job
It’s pathetic all employers want to do is blame their employees. It’s weak and insecure approach. Until you all realize you’re the problem, nothing will change. Stop thinking you have all answers and make all the right decisions. Also, stop informing your potential employees in an interview that you treat your employees like family. It is the lamest line an employer can use. The employees will always mirror the company. If you don’t care about them, they shouldn’t care about you
Switch to walk behind mowers like turf tracers. They don’t tear the crap out of the turf like ZTR’s. I sold my last ZTR this spring. All standers and walk behind from here on out. Sulky’s for the win.
Not a bad idea, but our commercial accounts would probably take longer. We mow a vineyard, trailer parks, campgrounds etc. But might have to look into it if we keep having tore up yards. Thanks for watching!
@@pagelservices I have 5 crews ranging between 5 and 2 workers on each crew. We are located in the twin cities. Although a turf tracer is a bit slower than a ztr it is far less likely to damage properties when mowing in difficult conditions or terrain. A turf tracer with the Kage Wheel Kaddy is the ultimate machine for weekly cutting. With the deck out in front of you the operator is able to get closer to obstacles and corners reducing the amount of string trimming needed. You will also reduce customer complaints because they are less likely to create ruts, or tear things up while making turns. I have standers and they are great for certain properties. If I had to choose a stander or Walk behind I would take the walk behind every day. Another consideration is that turf tracers have a floating deck with rollers that will not scalp when mowing on uneven ground. I watch your videos because it is clear you know what you are doing. I would recommend you giving one a try. They still mow at 7 MPH which is fairly quick.
If you do more of a three point turn instead of spinning around you always won’t tear the shit out of everything and slow down abit going around trees lol helps big time I manage a mowing crew it’s fun sometimes
Can't always be a nice guy and yes you need to designate one person on each crew as a lead/supv and that person should be responsible for his crew and held accountable if his crew is slacking off. He should also be paid on a different scale. Just my two cents. Keep up the great vids!
Love Kaleb and your old Camara man. The old Camara man just asks the funniest stuff and don't really no what's going on. So makes it interesting. Sorry old Camara girl nothing agienst you. But good to see the 2 creators back at it. 😂
Yes I worked for a lawn crew for 6 years I had five guys under me if it rain they wanted to go home for the day if not they wanted to go home at 3pm everyday if the jobs were done or not had a lot of turnover with the help your crew will get better 😊😊😊😊😊
It all depends on who’s leading the culture of the company. If you find yourself being spread thin amongst the day, which is surely does suggest that you do, it’s best to manage one person who can control a crew then trying to control an entire crew without leadership. Utilize the crew that you have reshape it, change it, provide support and you should not have these problems. Of course everyone has their own opinion and how to run a company, I suggest to reevaluate the culture of Business, revisit your vision, revamp your process, and start putting people in leadership.
Don’t get me wrong, I would like to see if any changes helped that was suggested by all of us. What made sense to you to make those changes, so that we can celebrate in those changes in your company. Wishing you the best.
This guy seems like a very nice and laid back Boss... He has a great attitude.... But when these guys start slacking to the point of putting your business under you have to toughen up and put em in their place immediately. You can't lose customers or contracts for these type of people that are slack and just hanging around for a paycheck... Put the screws to em immediately or risk losing your business...
I get the frustration, but it's not unique to your company. Contractors of all types have this problem with young American kids. My question is: What advantage is there to going onto youtube and complaining about your employees? It won't inspire them to work harder. If anything they will despise you more and become your competitors. Seems kind of demoralizing to broadcast how much you dislike them this way. I really can't see any positive change in the long run on this move. Sorry.
Appreciate that info, but this is an entertainment channel. Our guys all get fully informed on the video, are given the opportunity to view it, and know the title and thumbnail before it's published. Thanks for watching!
your mulching crews need to learn to dump piles in the open spots, they spend too much time fighting to dig mulch out of the barrow and that's also going to ruin barrows as the forks hit the bottom crease. they aren't steel barrows which can handle that. i used to be a stucco tender so i've wore down a few shovels and barrows in my 20's they can pitch and distribute and pick loads with the pitch forks from piles easier less fuss, less muss, making easy sweeps instead of bone jarring jabs. as a tender i could literally long stroke cement faster, further and to more volume than they are covering the same ground 3 times faster. it's almost circular windmilling that is less stress and more muscle finesse.
And one lazy ass employee who is allowed to continue to be one and not removed from the business will bring the whole crew down because it is a slap in the face of the hard workers
Give them one last warning and if no changes fire them start over and make one of the new hires in charge. At this point those two both have the same bad habits. Probally a good chance they are just rushing thru the jobs doing shitty work to get out earlier than if they did things the right way
First, make one of them lead and responsible for quality control. Second, tell them as soon as the rain is done get your ass mowing. We mow in the rain if not too heavy but we have all commercial accts.
I've been in your position. Their job isn't Lego schience. It just requires the motivation to get it done correctly. That my friend cannot be fixed. They either have it or they have to go. And that should make everyone aware.
It's extremely hard to find good quality workers these days but if they have been trained, know what they are supposed to do, but don't do it; hit the road jack. I would verify the complaint is legit first, find out their side, and decide from there. Maybe if you do keep a little closer eye on them they will stop slacking off.
I don’t make my guys work any later than they want to. I also don’t require them to mow lawns, we do actual landscaping/hardscaping. I also am right with them every day, working right next to them. I’ve only watched this one video but I’ll watch more, it appears you have too many chiefs and not enough Indians but I probably haven’t seen the whole crew yet. Good content, I will subscribe and continue to watch. My sample size isn’t really big enough to know if you should fire/hire etc
Here is my philosophy for how I manage my construction business, I never tell them to do anything that I am not willing to do myself and when they are doing a good job I will always compliment them on it and tell them Thank you ,you will be surprised how valuable them words can be be unpredictable and go do a final inspections out of the blue and then when they are done good work consistently give that crew a $40-50 cash bonus randomly when you do a final check and it looks amazing, but sometimes you will have shity employees and they will have to go because they will always do ias little as possible if you allow shit to slide and if you tell them to do something a specific way and they don't and you just shake your finger at them there not going to change they need to know that your bark could come with a bit ,REMEMBER a junk is a junk!
Complaining about your employees is not a good way to go about it. If you have a disdain for your employees, they feel it and act accordingly. Take some of the responsibility and be a better boss and give encouragement, trust and incentive. At the point when you have taken care of your employee lawn, you take out the bad weeds and hire better.
If you constantly tell the mowing crew to do things and they constantly do NOT follow directions/orders then it’s time for a new mowing crew 🤷♂️ otherwise you have to put someone in charge of them to babysit them which is another person on payroll I’d assume
wrenching with kenny. your caliper bolts aren't sliding so basically one side is being sucked into the rotor and doing all the work and heating up the most and causing that bad wear. if you have a bad crew that's a reflection of your reputation on managing your company and it's reputation, reputation is everything, it's easy to lose, and almost impossible to get back. show them all the clients they are losing, that's their paycheck, they don't help other crews cuz they will just cost you more clients and bad reputation....when it gets to a level the other crews can do combined...asta la vista. 99% of a crew comes down to their attitude towards doing things the hard way or top notch, that last 1% is how well you teach/train and supervise them. if you don't have time for that, you don't have time to run a business. set the standards high, play some pitt bull, ..." reach for the stars, cuz if you think about it if they fall, they will fall on top of your girl...." just watched a neighbor with his fence company and his son just knocked up the office secretary....her daddy is performing a shot gun wedding and this girl is gold digging. pray you don't have any daughters. 😅 if you have a new crew you ratchet down on them by being their supervisor on the job every job until you have to leave the job to attend to other issues and you come back and they have completed the job to your satisfaction, then you can tell them you'll let them have more freedom to do what they need to so long as it stays at that quality level, you do the mowing & direct them everything that needs to be done and make it the best quality every time, every place every touch up and primp possible, that way when they slack off again it will be at a better quality level...and if they don't show them the door.
Hey brotha. If you were located around me id apply for work. Im trying to start my own business in the area of profession but being a lone wolf makes it difficult. Ive been doing this for 7 years on my own. If i ever move out that way ill give you a call!
Don’t know what you decided to do with your lawn crew, but if they are taking money from your business and family, they need to have a serious “Come to Jesus” talk. They get a paycheck regardless. You are the one losing business, and could lead to a bad reputation.
After the 1st bad complaint, make the trip to look at it yourself, if it looks fine, just drop them as a customer especially if they are new, if it looks like shit, call the crew back out to see why they are about to get an ass chewing. And make it as clear as death and sunshine that the next complaint the job looks like shit. They will be getting fired.
Plain and simple, you've already talked to them a few times, get them together and show them the letter from the customer that you just lost. Tell them the next one of these you get, you'll flip a coin and one of them is gone. It sucks trying to replace workers and especially finding good workers, but looks like you built yourself quite the business, and with that comes a reputation. If you keep letting "Your" workers do sh*t work. You'll end up with a bad one.
As a business owner I make my guys take before and after pictures and send them in. In your line of work I’d have them send in pics before they leave the site and await approval. Kids these days don’t care and have no pride in their work. Unfortunately constant babysitting and micromanaging is needed. Or you spend more money and hire a manager to babysit them. Good luck.
I have a question I'm a small concrete contractor I have the opportunity to do commercial work but I just started a 2 years ago I dont have the cash to be able to wait 90 days to get paid is there any advice out there
For larger jobs, especially ones that need expensive materials, we will take half down with the signed estimate. Then send the other half to be paid after completion of the project. Thanks for watching!
You might actually have to do some work like speaking in person to each client and letting them know the job isn’t over until you go and confirm they satisfied!
New here so I don't know the structure/dynamics for them, but if he's having as much trouble as he let's on, and she's as good of a worker as projected, I'd bump her up at least a couple bucks, put her on as a lead, and make it known to that crew, what she says goes when I wasn't around. All employees really only want a few things : a higher wage, an easy work place, and to feel like they're integral. Pay and "promotions" (even if only in title) help meet two of those criteria, and if that person is a good employee/leader they can easily help maintain the structure of efficiency you set for them thus making that "easy workplace" dream a reality when everyone pulls their own. Being fair I don't have alot of experience as an owner, I only have a crew of 4, generally we split in 2 groups, and honestly smaller crews are far easier than large ones, albiet when one person goes down its felt alot more, but I have held trades jobs my entire life and have learned alot from some amazing folks and time and time again it always tends to boil down to those things. I spose not always, but almost.

Maybe its time to be a boss and tell these guys to smarten up or else. Holly walks around like a zombie and dont care. Your employees are killing your business. Every unhappy customer tells 10 ppl how shitty your business is. All because you refuse to be a boss. Good luck with everything you make a great content for u tube. Cheers
Thanks for the kind words!
Fair words. Thanks for watching!
Also as far as mowing 11-4. You have to tell them it dont pay to send your trucks out for that long. They should be out mowing 7-10 hrs a day if possible. Also like you said if you finish early you should start on the next days route in case it rains later that week
All great info! Thanks for watching!
Looking good, get after the crew! I subbed!
That's awesome! Thanks for the sub!
do you have morning meetings with all employees? just to make sure they know what you expect
We have a morning meeting every Monday to make sure everyone has their bearings on the week. Thanks for watching!
Great job and great video!
Thank you! Cheers!
What? He's just showed u how to let lazy workers ruin his reputation. Wake up. They don't respect him
You do an awesome job you should be proud of yourself
Thank you!
You need to fire one and hire a mowing Foreman to let the other one know you're not messing around.
Hopefully going to implement a p4p method here soon. Thanks for watching!
I would speak to them calmly. Dont go in like a house a fire. Be careful with just firing everybody, Because as im sure you know finding good help right now is a tall order. You dont want to cut off your nose to Spite your face i believe is the saying!
smart words! We hopefully going to implement p4p here within the next month. Thanks for the comment!
Another great video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Signing off on the schedule is an interesting motive. Thanks for watching!
It’s starts at the top! If attitude is piss poor up there it’ll trickle down. If you say “they probably heard my truck so they’re working now” that means you know there is slacking going on! Raise your expectations and hold guys accountable when they aren’t meeting them!
great info! Thanks for watching!
All great info! Thank you!
Keep hustlin', Brother. You'll catch up with Victory in no time. You're hilarious! 😆
Appreciate the input! Thanks for watching!
Thanks for watching!
Love Kaleb and your old Camara man. The old Camara man just asks the funniest stuff and don't really no what's going on. So makes it interesting. Sorry old Camara girl nothing agienst you. But good to see the 2 creators back at it. 😂
Noted! Thanks for watching!
Yes I worked for a lawn crew for 6 years I had five guys under me if it rain they wanted to go home for the day if not they wanted to go home at 3pm everyday if the jobs were done or not had a lot of turnover with the help your crew will get better 😊😊😊😊😊
The issues are starting to resolve. Appreciate you watching!
All great info! Thanks for watching!
Don’t get me wrong, I would like to see if any changes helped that was suggested by all of us. What made sense to you to make those changes, so that we can celebrate in those changes in your company. Wishing you the best.
Fn hilarious!! Thanks for your work.
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the kind boss words. We are getting er straightened out. Thanks for watching!
If u want something done right there is only 1 way to ensure that tbh. But when its an easy task and u asign it to some1 else. It sucks
Smart words! Thanks for watching!
Your welcome I'm all business one thing employees never sees is what it's like to own or operate a business
Indeed, thanks for watching!
Imagine being them and having to work for an individual like you? The problem is you
Performance based bonuses. Try hards make more money.
Looks like your big belly is creeping CLOSER to that steering wheel there, "Bossman" ... 🤣🤣🤣😂😀
damn.. thanks for noticing and watching!
your mulching crews need to learn to dump piles in the open spots, they spend too much time fighting to dig mulch out of the barrow and that's also going to ruin barrows as the forks hit the bottom crease. they aren't steel barrows which can handle that. i used to be a stucco tender so i've wore down a few shovels and barrows in my 20's they can pitch and distribute and pick loads with the pitch forks from piles easier less fuss, less muss, making easy sweeps instead of bone jarring jabs. as a tender i could literally long stroke cement faster, further and to more volume than they are covering the same ground 3 times faster. it's almost circular windmilling that is less stress and more muscle finesse.
That's good info! Thank you!
And one lazy ass employee who is allowed to continue to be one and not removed from the business will bring the whole crew down because it is a slap in the face of the hard workers
🤦🏽♂️ Its called a 3 point turn. Your mowers need to learn,,,, obviously
Thanks for watching!
Put one of your workers supervisor and then he be responsible for all of them
No a bad idea, thanks for watching!
Give them one last warning and if no changes fire them start over and make one of the new hires in charge. At this point those two both have the same bad habits. Probally a good chance they are just rushing thru the jobs doing shitty work to get out earlier than if they did things the right way
Thanks for the input! Very possible!
We are making progress as of this video. All "hopefully" should be good to go! Thanks for watching!
It's extremely hard to find good quality workers these days but if they have been trained, know what they are supposed to do, but don't do it; hit the road jack. I would verify the complaint is legit first, find out their side, and decide from there. Maybe if you do keep a little closer eye on them they will stop slacking off.
All words of wisdom, Thanks for watching!
My sample size isn’t really big enough to know if you should fire/hire etc
nice, appreciate the comment! Thanks for watching!
@@pagelservices no problem man and after watching about 10 more episodes, much respect to you and your efforts.
I think you should just hire me for the mowing crew
Maybe sometime in the future! Thanks for watching!
Here is my philosophy for how I manage my construction business, I never tell them to do anything that I am not willing to do myself and when they are doing a good job I will always compliment them on it and tell them Thank you ,you will be surprised how valuable them words can be be unpredictable and go do a final inspections out of the blue and then when they are done good work consistently give that crew a $40-50 cash bonus randomly when you do a final check and it looks amazing, but sometimes you will have shity employees and they will have to go because they will always do ias little as possible if you allow shit to slide and if you tell them to do something a specific way and they don't and you just shake your finger at them there not going to change they need to know that your bark could come with a bit ,REMEMBER a junk is a junk!
words of wisdom right here! Thanks for watching!
True, thanks for watching!
If you constantly tell the mowing crew to do things and they constantly do NOT follow directions/orders then it’s time for a new mowing crew 🤷♂️ otherwise you have to put someone in charge of them to babysit them which is another person on payroll I’d assume
Not a bad idea, thanks for watching!
I would have a meeting with them an if that don't work then start looking for a new crew
We had the meeting, lets up we see the changes. thanks for watching!
I would say.. YOUR FIRED !!!!
If it continues we will have to do something for sure.
wrenching with kenny. your caliper bolts aren't sliding so basically one side is being sucked into the rotor and doing all the work and heating up the most and causing that bad wear.
if you have a bad crew that's a reflection of your reputation on managing your company and it's reputation, reputation is everything, it's easy to lose, and almost impossible to get back.
show them all the clients they are losing, that's their paycheck, they don't help other crews cuz they will just cost you more clients and bad reputation....when it gets to a level the other crews can do combined...asta la vista.
if you have a new crew you ratchet down on them by being their supervisor on the job every job until you have to leave the job to attend to other issues and you come back and they have completed the job to your satisfaction, then you can tell them you'll let them have more freedom to do what they need to so long as it stays at that quality level, you do the mowing & direct them everything that needs to be done and make it the best quality every time, every place every touch up and primp possible, that way when they slack off again it will be at a better quality level...and if they don't show them the door.
Good info! Thanks for watching!
Hey brotha. If you were located around me id apply for work. Im trying to start my own business in the area of profession but being a lone wolf makes it difficult. Ive been doing this for 7 years on my own. If i ever move out that way ill give you a call!
Nice! Thanks for watching!
Expect what you inspect. Old boss told me that many times.
Good words!
I noticed you guys don’t edge the beds before you mulch ? Is that standard where you are
We will if customer asks for it. This was just a refresh. Thanks for watching!
If you’re not leading them then you’re just a follower like them 😢
Don’t know what you decided to do with your lawn crew, but if they are taking money from your business and family, they need to have a serious “Come to Jesus” talk. They get a paycheck regardless. You are the one losing business, and could lead to a bad reputation.
We eventually got them settled in. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the insight!
Are you actually looking for sound advice and consulting or just looking for traffic on the YT video? I’m not being facetious.
We are looking for actual advice. Thanks for watching!
The sad thing is, if those calipers were oeM probably last longer and anything you can buy new nowadays
Yeah. Thanks for watching!
You'll end up with a bad one.
thanks for the info!
Personally, I don't like to mow after it rains. It's not good on the mower or the grass.
Who's running that show, check the work, sounds like you don't need to be in charge to start with.
We got er all settled in. Thanks for watching!
You know what they say…. When the cats away…… it’s good that you do visit your staff. Hold them accountable somehow.
haha, we actually did an undercover boss video a could vids later. Thanks for watching!
If they don't listen replace them..😮
Appreciate the comment!
I have been an electrician for over 20 years. I cross paths and watch a lot of mulch monkeys they’re usually as drugged out as your sheet rockers
A lot of words I have never seen used together, lol Thanks for watching!
Good luck.
Thank you for the info! & Thanks for watching!
Thanks for watching!
idk what you need to do, but ya gota do something unless you wanna stop mowing, cause it don't sound like that crew is getting it done
It would kill us to stop mowing, as that was the first service we had. Going to try some things and see if it changes anything. Thanks for watching!
Time to put pressure on your lead hands and tell them something has to change. Get er done
How do you deal with the common bullshit with employees not listening without flipping out? Crazy how much you deal with bro
The flip outs usually don't make it to episodes lol. Thanks for watching!
Let the camera follow the mowing crew for a week lol
Not sure how interesting of a video that would be, lol. Thanks for watching!
You might actually have to do some work like speaking in person to each client and letting them know the job isn’t over until you go and confirm they satisfied!
We had some sit downs. Hopefully everything is squared away by now.
You should tell them to stop smoking their vapes and dab pens during work hours
I'm not sure I would have any employees left? haha. Thanks for watching!
She don't seem to happy to be working
How come u didn’t poor a little step when u poured the concrete?
Wasn't what customer wanted. Thanks for watching!
holly is a hard worker you go girl
facts. Thanks for watching!
Rent or borrow a tinted van and sit in the back while someone drives and go watch them work, see what they do for you
Don't hate it! haha
Should go look at that job . Letter from customer. Just ask him what they could of done or done better .
I need help!!! I just got a new job as a mowing helper and its only a 2 man crew and the owner! Well i started 1 week ago and the crew leader started 3 weeks ago!! Our boss has tons of work and said he has gotten 26 complaimt in the last three weeks and what ive notice from the guy i ride with who is suppose to be the crew leader is skipping stuff tearimg yards up cutting extra lawns for cash yea u heard that right and i told the boss and he said idc what u have to do work together! So i tryed to habe a talk with the crew leader and he didmt want to hear anything i had to say! So i told the boss agin and he said he doesnt want excuse which there not this crew leader just should not be a crew leader! Ive ran crews for long time and from my experience this guy doimg it all wrong and i juat domt no what to do i mean he tells me to stop the house is good and its not then we get complaints!!
If you have talked with the lead and the boss and have seen no headway, the best you can do is keep a log. Cover your butt. Thanks for watching!
I was working on a mowing crew here in Texas and we are working 11 hours a day
oh wow! Stay hydrated!
Is there one guy that stands out above the rest on the mowing crew? Make that guy the manager and give him a little pay bump. Then get
Together with the entire
Mowing crew and let them know that person is now in charge and explain why you had to put someone In Charge
Of them.
Thanks for watching!
What is it with people and not firing anymore for failure to do job ?
It almost came to that. But, we wanted to help and guide them. Things have been better. Thanks for watching!
It’s hard to find good help, sometimes a change in authority is needed
We got it all settled up. Things are going much better. Thanks for watching!
The foreman has to work for me and gain my trust over time and even then I still go behind and check up on some of the jobs just to make sure it’s done right.
Words of wisdom. Thanks for watching!
Great video sir I’m new subscriber here one day I wanna be this big like you
You can do it! And thanks for the sub!
Get the guys some push mowers ! That will fix it
haha, but then the on the job hours skyrocket. Thanks for watching!
