Really impressed by the job Hunter and the guys are doing in that backyard. I couldn’t imagine it looking that good after we saw it in the beginning and with all that rain. The block walls look great already and they still have more to finish it. The owners are going to have so much extra space to use and enjoy that view. Great job guys. 👍
For those type of block walls u can take a block and cut it in half then turn a block width wise to make a corner then it’ll hide the ends of blocks on the stairs

More separation between your logo to the QRC & the youtube logo might help on either. But I think your logo needs to be darker and maybe a little bigger. The light aqua color does not stand out from the shirt color so it’s hard to read at a distance. Good luck.
If you want to be a channel like Ryan, edit the cuss words out. It doesn’t bother me as I cuss like a sailor, but Ryan strives to keep his channel family friendly and evidently it’s working with over 500k
On the shirts I would have to go with the green👍 Don't push your son too hard maybe he don't want that line of work my oldest son,we have a family business for 3 generations he didn't want any part of it, he's a commercial pilot makes good money, he's living in Columbus, Ohio doing really good for themselves they just had a baby in March. re the t-shirts at 35:47 - Get rid of the "find us on" because that's obvious. Also reduce the RUclips to just the play button. Also obvious. Just the play button and the QR code is plenty. Reduces the clutter and puts the focus back on the business logo/info. :)

How does Victory do it? Well, You're doing it buddy!! I really like your channel after first video and now you're one of my favorite channels like Victory You seem honorable, truthful, hardworking and lenient to your workers all while being wholesome about the headaches of running a business and keep everything running smoothly as possible. First impression of The mower crew and you already know they're not playing around and they get shit done without having to be told. The brick job is starting to look good but curious on the speed of job completion and performance from them overall. You have a better grip on your business and workers than Ryan does. You have the type of operation that Ryan wants but cant get from his workers cause of them and being irresponsible and lazy.
Your front and back chains on the skid steer are both pulling the machine towards the front of the trailer, you should have them pulling opposing directions. The way it is now if the machine was to shift forward at all all your chains are going to be loose. Chained like the excavator with chains pulling forwards and backwards.
I figured the chain police would enter the comments. lol. You are correct, its just a pain to chain them both down on that trailer getting the correct points. I thought they would loosen up also, but we hit 2 parades and put on about100 miles and nothing moved. thanks for watching!
