    For all the knuckleheads who are aimlessly commenting, we test drove a reserve 3 last week and the screen set up is not distracting and the oval steering wheel is actually quite comfortable. The perfect position seats (not shown in this video) are sublime.

      But reliability is subjective. People swear up and down a dodge will break the moment you drive it off the lot but i have a 2005 magnum that was bought new. 289k miles later and it's been phenomenal.

    • @vsavatar
      @vsavatar 5 месяцев назад

      @@dtay8913 to be fair, a lot of Lincoln's reliability issues come from experimental tech that's in most of their vehicles. Customers get confused and can't figure out how certain features work, so they bring it into the dealer thinking that it's broken. Sometimes the software really is buggy, though, but from what I've heard, the number of tech bugs in this model is either average or slightly above average compared to the industry and mostly relates to the Android Auto interface, which in itself is buggy as hell.

    I wonder how the sound level reading dealt with the active noise control function. The reason I say this is that ANC or ANR works by adding opposing sound waves so that the ear doesn't hear noise in certain ranges. However, my guess is that it does not affect the absolute number of decibels generated. In which case, the car could be quieter than others with lower decibel ratings, to the human ear, but still have a larger number of decibels. Did it sound to you like it was louder than other mid-size luxury SUVs?

    I checked one of these out at my dealer last November when they had it for training. I liked it a lot, but at the end of the day, I was put off by the powertrain options and bought a 23 Black Label instead. The 23 with the 2.7 V6 puts out 335HP and really makes it more fun to drive. The tech features were awesome, but I felt the powertrain was more important.

      @@blewstang I'd buy it with the 3.0.Impressions I'm getting from reviewers is the 2.0 is OK but could use more. For that price, I expect it to be offered as an option.

    ALWAYS watch and enjoy your reviews. Not too gimmicky. I never see reviewers discuss elbow room. How close to a door panel do you sit before banging into it or is there room to spare. Also, if next to a passenger, as in your reviews, can you stretch out a bit, or not. I never know how wide these vehicles are. I have an RX, and you can really stretch out. Any thoughts??? Thank you.

      Thank you! It depends a lot on how big you are. The two of us can fit comfortably across pretty much any kind of vehicle. The narrowest vehicles are sub-compacts

    The content is on point as always, but some tough love. Viewing the the interior camera work is nauseating. Too much zooming in and out and around the cabin relative to the topics being covered. Please pause to let the viewer ingest what is being covered without the constant movement.

    It beats the Lexus for now but those screens and the brands reliability reputation will mean it will age terribly in three years. Good brand ruined by bad reputation now they are making a comeback but should be careful not to go too overboard and make it worse

    I dont even want to imagine how much that display costs to get fix if anything were to go wrong. I guess it would be broken up into different screens so you can replace them individually but these days every industry is trying to nickel and dime a customer.

    I would argue that its acceleration is sluggish, when you can count 10x faster then it’s accelerating, it’s accelerating slow. Even the rolling speed up to 60, I immediately knew no one is passing a line of cars in this without a mile of distance to pass😅

    • @kenwolf2431
      @kenwolf2431 5 месяцев назад

      I driven one and like they said it acceleration is good and will pass with ease. It gets to speed so smoothly you do not notice just how fast you are going to you look down 100 mph in this is just so easy.
