    As much as some people want no repeat workouts, these superset workouts are where it’s at. More bang for your buck. Loved it!

    This was sweaty!!! I usually do my workouts in the evening, but this one got me so excited that I did it during the day. Used my 6 & 10kg sets - had my 3 kg's ready, but I didn't need them 💪

      Loved this! I used 10lbs & 12lbs for most of it. I have some limitations due to my neck and some nerve damage which effects my left tricep, but since my surgery I have made strength gains.

    This was tough but really fun! I started off w a little walk to get my blood flowing on a rare cool morning here in the southern USA and did a 5 min finisher on the stairmaster. I used 10 and 15 lbs. I'm dead now. Thanks penny!

    My sweet spot is my 15/20 pd weights.. today I used my 30 pd weights for the squats!!! I LOVED this workout. 😅Supersets always make me feel like I’m putting in work. Thank you for providing these awesome workouts Penny….. truly appreciated. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

    Thanks to you and your workouts I'm now using 10 and 15lb set weights, a 20lb single weight but with the alt arm front raise exercise I have to use 6lb because of shoulder issues. I have came a long way and truly enjoy your workouts!! ❤

    💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼🙌🏼✨❤️‍🔥🧘🏻‍♀️ Awesome as always! Love the format, got to test myself with different weights as the rounds went by. Mostly stayed with you, had to drop a little for shoulder raises due to injury, but all excellent, super sweats = super sweaty!

    This was a challenging workout. I loved it. That 10 second rest in between made a huge difference in recovery!😓 By the last set I was running out of steam. Perfect length too. That last move though... I would love to be able to just roll back up and roll back down. Is there any way that you could do a tutorial like you showed us with push ups? I'm an older gal and would love to accomplish doing it. I used 20's 15's 12's and 10's for front shoulder raises. Thanks again for giving us great workouts great music and great little puppers to keep us motivated while working out with you. You are by far the best.🥰😘👏

    Love that Workout was hard but I did it. I just had a problem with the DB planks. If there’s a modification for that that would be great you’re😊
