Loved this! I used 10lbs & 12lbs for most of it. I have some limitations due to my neck and some nerve damage which effects my left tricep, but since my surgery I have made strength gains.

Thanks to you and your workouts I'm now using 10 and 15lb set weights, a 20lb single weight but with the alt arm front raise exercise I have to use 6lb because of shoulder issues. I have came a long way and truly enjoy your workouts!! ❤

This was a challenging workout. I loved it. That 10 second rest in between made a huge difference in recovery!😓 By the last set I was running out of steam. Perfect length too. That last move though... I would love to be able to just roll back up and roll back down. Is there any way that you could do a tutorial like you showed us with push ups? I'm an older gal and would love to accomplish doing it. I used 20's 15's 12's and 10's for front shoulder raises. Thanks again for giving us great workouts great music and great little puppers to keep us motivated while working out with you. You are by far the best.🥰😘👏
As much as some people want no repeat workouts, these superset workouts are where it’s at. More bang for your buck. Loved it!
